Malibu Park is a well maintained complex with 24 hour reception, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. There are 2 communal pools (one for children) with free sun loungers and a children's play area with swings etc.
There is internet access, a laundry room, luggage room and changing facilities.

There are apartments beneath and lifts down to street level.
There are 2 steps leading from the communal area to the apartment entrance.
Well kept, beautifully planted communal areas with 2 swimming pools and children's play area. Balcony has sea views with day long sun.

Bedroom: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing table. Fitted with ceiling fan.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower over the bath with WC, sink and bidet. There is a hairdryer and illuminated mirror. Storage shelves are available.

Kitchen: The American style kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. All necessary cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is provided.
