Very helpful staff which spoke some English, rooms are very up to date with hot showers. Only bad part is the area is kinda shady and a 15 min walk to the town square. 2 blocks walk to nearest restaurant, but take a taxi late nights.

This place is not in the best neighborhood since it's facing a highway. They really need a sign for the bathrooms because another guest walked into our private room at 5am in his underwear thinking it was the bathroom- it was a scary experience because he didn't seem to want to get out. Also, someone was robbed just outside the front door coming in late- since they block off/lock the front doors at night, he wasn't able to get in for safety even though he repeatedly knocked and rang the doorbell

Pro: Very friendly staff! They did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was good and thee the whole day a volente. Free luggagestorage, All night reception, comfy beds, warm water,... Good alternative for the expensive hostels in the centre of Cuzco. Neg: When there's a lot of people you have to wait to get hot water.

Great place to stay. Close to supermarket, laundry, bus terminal, 15 min walk to Plaza del Arms. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with fresh pineapple juice. Highly recommend it.

We stayed here just one night after arriving from a long bus ride. The staff are lovely & friendly, they stayed up to let us in. Our room was clean and small, no windows - it just opened up to an inside corridor. This place is fine for a night stopover but probably no more - it's not in a very nice part of town, ages away from the historic centre.

It is a nice hotel, with clean rooms, hot shower and near the bus terminal. But it's a bit far away from main city square the and be prepared to take taxi if you want to get to the plaza de armas.

We eventually stayed around two weeks, very good hotel with extremly helpful stuff. Private room in a really good prices. the only down side is the location, around 20 minutes from the plaza by walking. And we had quite a few problems with the hot water in the shower.

The staff (the one who spoke English) really helped with a lot with directions and translation. The original staff put me in a private room for the price of the dorm. And it was on a higher floor, so less noise.

Perfect place to have a nice quiet stay and nice private rooms with hot showers! A short walk to the main center and some great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

walked through 2 kind of sketchy alleys to get to av. Sol. multistory building open stairways every noise echoes throughout People were very loud through the night. Lights on everywhere, the stairways, hallways, rooms above. the curtain for large window was lightweight and white - Bright while we tried to sleep. Went around and turned off lights, and had to get someone to turn off the lights in an unoccupied room above. Free airport transfer is a lie, don't even offer paid transfer. Wailing kid.
