Our home is in a quiet area with easy and convenient access to the city center by fast tram or BUS 32 and 19. Walking distance to the Formula 1 and UPV - University of Valencia
The Maritime Promenade, stretches out next to the main beaches of Malvarrosa and the Arenas, which are full of restaurants in old traditional fisherman's houses, live music, discos, pubs, area for skating, jogging...Simply a wonderful place to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and sun during the day and the beautiful Valencia nights. All our beaches have excellent facilities with showers, and shade areas

No reception area
You must inform of arrival time so someone can meet you. Arriving outside the hour specified on your reception without notifying will be charged 15 euros. or arriving pass 23 hours.
Check out: 11:30 hours. If you wish to stay longer and their are no guest coming you can stay so you can enjoy the rest of the day in Valencia, if not we will gladly keep your luggage.
Holidays and sports events cancellation a week in advance. Sports Events: Formula 1 - Moto Gp - America`S Cup Local Holidays: Easter - Tomatina - Xmas - New Years - Fallas - Easter

When I arrived at the house close to the beach I was advised that it was full & I was told I was booked into another property. They brought me to an apartment on the 4th floor a little further away from the beach (Carrer de Francesc Baldomar 20) , but right beside the tram stop. Although I was initially a little disappointed, the apartment was clean & had all mod cons (except WiFi, but there a great little cafe "Capricho' by the tram stop). I recommend but just ask which property u will be in.
