This is a fantastic hostel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for free at the hostel while we were doing the Inca trail, even though we weren't staying at the hostel afterward. The only downside is that you can hear everything from your room, so it gets a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, this hostel is highly recommended!
The staff was always helpful and kind. The internet wasn't always working and the bedroom floor was really squeaky.

The hostel is very clean and tidy and has ecofriendly decorations which gives it a nice touch. Breakfast is served every morning from 9-12am. The dorm rooms are small and usually have 4-5 beds each. Lockers are also small and only stows a small set of valuables. Blankets are thin so bring an extra blanket during the winter months as the hostel is cold. Inka and India Market and just around the corner for tourist shopping along with restaurants.
Comfortable beds, nice people and pretty close to the main square. But the kitchen is tiny and there was a hole in the floor in our hallway....the rest of the floors were creaky...not much else there.
If you are looking for a quiet, laid back place to stay, look no further. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very basic. One private bathroom dorm i stayed in, had lots of fungus growing on its roof. Thats probably because there is no ventilation in the bathroom...
Friendly staff, but as a single traveller, I found it hard to mingle here. Common area isn't very comfortable so not many ppl hang around for long. Good warm shower, wifi and bed. But I did NOT think my Lares Trek I booked through tour desk at hostel was great. My guide was very average and I wished I paid more for better tour company.
