BE CAREFUL! This hotel has no reception, I lost more than 4 hours looking for the hotel, because nobody told us to check in was at the center of the city, not in the building where our room was. The staff, are children of 20-25 years and are incompetent. We spend a day in the search with the cold weather in Krakow in December. Finally the room was in a building without a badge or anything (they do not to pay taxes) on the fourth floor, not neigthborth, scared and 20 minutes walk to the center!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay at Mama's Doubles; it was very noisy at night, it wasn't clean and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The shared apartment has 4 bedrooms, the walls are very thin making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I personally observed the cleaner washing plates in the kitchen without detergent and the cleaning of the toilet & shower consisting of wiping off the splashes with toilet paper. If you are looking for a quiet clean hostel, this is not the one.

It is a hostel for people who want to party and don\'t care about sleeping. It is located in centre of the city, which is a good thing, but right above a pub, so no sleep until 1.30-2 am. Most people there actually just want to party. So you won\'t be able to sleep at all. The toilets and showers are all together, both for men and women and are not really great. The staff was nice though. The beakfast is included, but it is very miserable and in a room displaying quite sexist writings about boobs.For the pr
