Mama's Hostel Main Market Square Reviews

This was my second time staying in the hostel and yet again, did not disappoint. Thank you to all the mama's staff that made our stay so fantastic. Would wholeheartedly recommend. I would never stay anywhere else in krakow

It's a guesthouse for people who want to have parties every nights. It's noisy, the rooms are next to the common room so you hear people chatting very well. If you want to get up early in the morning for visits and is the kind of person that can't sleep in a noisy atmosphere, I wouldn't recommand this gueshouse. If you don't mind the noise or come to have parties every night, then just go, because it's a very confortable place where you can feel at home.

Whoa! Hostel Staff is superb! They can help you in soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many ways. And everything is really great, big TV, nice breakfasts. and unlimited FREE COFFEE! love it!

The staff were extremely friendly and immediately made you feel at ease, as if you were at a second home. The hostel had a great amount of character and liveliness, perfect for youths. Stayed there for the film night, where everybody sat around on settees in the lounge. 24/7 staff who were aware of which guests were staying, so you felt secure leaving your things even lying around - even though there were lockers. Free use of internet too which was handy. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Fantastic stay. Super friendly staff and about as close as you can get to the main attractions. We loved it!!

Best hostel in Poland!!! Staff was super nice and helpful: since we checked in at 2am, they offered to call a taxi to pick us up from the bus station. The atmosphere was warm and I really enjoyed MOVIES NIGHT, though we skipped SPAGHETTI NIGHT ( I am Italian... )! Location is excellent, like 20mt from Main Market Square! I'd stay there again!

i went mama's and its so cool and the staff help you all the time...they are so glad tohelp us...wow thank ...aboveall i would like to say that the best person worked in mama's ...is Magdalena....she talk english spanish and basic portuguese....thk ...so is the best place in CRACOW

Great hostel. We were only in Krakow for one night before moving onto Zakopane but when we come back will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, excellent location and comfy, cosy rooms.

The Hostel is well located, and that´s it. The staff are not helpfull at all... they explain the things as you know already the city, and if you ask twice, they don´t seem willing to repeat. The toilletes are just desguting! I really hated it... The fun is quite nice, we had vodka tasting, was cool and fun, because of who was in the hostel, not for the staff..unfortunately I would not recommend this hostel, just if you look for a really cheap place and good location. No light on the staircase.

very good hostel, very well located, great atmosphere among guests, staff very helpful and very entertaining. very good to make a visit to the beautiful city of Krakow in a magnificent experience

I just love everything in this hostel! The best stuff, the best atmosphere, the best locations, the best everything!!! I already i miss it so much! i can't wait to come back to krakow! I would live in this hostel forever! i'm not kidding! STAY IN MAMA'S HOSTEL and then you will have the most incredible time in Krakow!

the hostel personnel are friendly and helpful. internet is for free which is great and they have daily special events in the hostel as well ! :-)

Great hostel! Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to answer any questions you may have. Atmosphere was cosy - perfect place to stay when visiting Krakow especially during the chillier months! Dorm rooms had lockers which means you dont have to worry about tripping over other people's belongings! A hostel I am very happy to recommend!

Its an incredible hostel so friendly and cozy I love it! Ive meet so many cool people and I defenitly recomend it. If u come to krakow u must stay there and u'll not regret. 5 stars hostel!! 5 stars city! 5 stars sexy staff!

Wonderful atmosphere and the best location in krakow - just on the main square! Staff is so cool and they know everything and Karolina really knows about party :) Im definitely comming back and recommend it to everyone.

They do their best to make your stay comfortable! I will be be back for sure
