This is the second time I visited Mamas. And both times I stayed longer than I was supposed to. The hostel is just 30m from the main square. Close to all attractions in Krakow. Mamas has the best breakfast I ever had in a hostel, including waffles. Mamas is a place where it is easy to meet and get to know other travellers. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I will come back to Mamas for sure. A big thank you to Karolina (for always being in good mood) and Joanna (for all advices) .

Great great staff and awesome atmosphere! Was slightly sick and the girl wrote down the different medicines and locations to buy from. Also homebaking was awesome. A great hostel that I would definitely reccommend to friends. Amazing location also right in old town.

The staff on reception when we arrived were helpful and pointed us in the right direction for buses and later organised a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately both nights of our stay were interrupted by noisy guests in the kitchen, despite signs asking people to move to another area for late night chats/parties. We would have liked the staff to enforce their own policy.

I had a pretty good stay at this hostel, it was a fun place to be where people were quite keen to socialise, and had good spaces to do this in. It was also very conveniently located right near the middle of town. The staff were also helpful, and came out with us at night to show us around the numerous pubs and bars of Krakow. One downside was that the hostel was a bit dirty: my feet got dirty when I was walking around the hostel with no shoes.

Friendliest staff I've encountered on my travels. So helpful, arranged my Auschwitz tour for me, directed me to all the bars and presented me with free drink offers, free breakfast, amazing fun and met so many interesting people. My favourite hostel so far!
