Dirty bed sheets. The doors to the rooms have glass which is covered in paper from the outside which anybody can peel off and look inside. You are charged for the room from midnight to midnight, I booked the room for five nights and was forced to pay for six as the day I checked out was classed as an extra night. It is stated the the hotel has recently been refurbished which it clearly hasn't.
