STAY HERE! This hostel was incredible, best I´ve stayed in yet (by far). Toti, Marina and the rest of the family were amazing; really helpful and extremely friendly. Great chilled-out atmosphere, clean, secure etc. It´s pretty close to La Rambla and the harbour (can walk anywhere easily without needing the metro).

Mambo Tangos was the ultimate hostel. All the rave reviews are true - Toti & Marina are lovley people who make a genuine effort to make you feel at home at this small friendly hostel. Rooms were clean, events were fun and info was forthcoming. Great location near La Rambla but not too far to walk comfortably. If you are going to BCN you must stay at MAmbo Tamgos. I cannot reccommend this hostel more highly - you won´t be dissapointed.

Non scordero' mai la mia visita in Barcelona a Mambo Tango! Sono stata in piu di 10 hostel durante questi 4 mesi passati, e Mambo Tango e proprio unico. Toti e Marina sono molto simpatici. Tornero' primo che possso! Migliore nel mondo, grazie!

Unfortunately I only was about to stay at this hostel for 1 night, however it was great. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The location is good and the place has a very homely feel. However, there are no locks on the dorm room doors, and the place is rather filthy. Plus there are two large dogs which roam freely; not fun for those with allergies to pet fur. Staff are often surly and unhelpful (especially when another guest urinates in your room in the middle of the night!!).

A fantastic stay! Couldn´t have felt more like home. The owner´s and their family are so welcoming. Of all the hostels I have stayed in, this one by far supercedes all others. Will recommend it to all my friends and look forward to staying there again.

It was a great experience! I totally do recommend this hostel for young people looking for a friendly stay! Toti and Marina are very nice people and make you feel home! Everything very nice clean. And the best thing is that they themselves organize some night activities. This way I had the chance to get to know and talk to all the people that was staying there. The night walk that Toti did with us on the top of the hill. Great view from the city and an unique experience!!
