The room itself smelled because one of my fellow guests hung his wet clothes around. It smelled disgusting. Otherwise, the hostel was typical. It's right next to the colosseum.

It's not the best hostel in the world, but for 10€ you can sleep near the city center of Rome. The place is small but clean, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen you can use.

In a bad part of town. It's basically one person's apartment and he just threw 10 bunk beds in a room. People smoked in the kitchen and there was one person who obviously had been there for an extended period of time based on the huge pile of clothing and luggage in the room. Very dirty place.

Leandro was really nice and helpfull. The hostel is really well located and has good access to the subways and Termini station. The kitchen has everything that can be used.

The hostel smells odd and there is absolutely no furniture in the room for you to put stuff on. Good value though. The owner is a little odd but friendly!

When you go there you realise why it is so cheap. It's ok but you should know that they are smoking there inside and the whole hostel smells a bit weird. It' s also a bit cold there. Anyway it's a good deal because it's cheap.

Very sketchy hostel with only two rooms. It has bunk beds but there is only one ladder to get to the 4 top bunks per room so if someone else needs it to get up on their bed you must jump down. The owner/manager lives in the hostel.

Very dirty and smelly, and beds and accomadations are well past there prime. beds had tears, pillows paper thin. There are permanent residence living in the rooms you share.

This hostel is your basic hostel. They guy who runs it is super nice but is a relaxed kind of a guy. He does the bare minimum to keep the place running. But you cant bet the price. If you are looking for a place to crash for a night of 2 this place is perfect.

it doesn't have lockers, it is a little bit messy.the reception doesn't exists...... it think it is ok but it doest not look like a hostel. lets say that these guys have improvise a lot. the thing i didn't like and they are not the only ones doing is that you can't pay with a credit card, just cash. but i think it is very ok and the place is an apartment in a very nice building. they have been doing some work to adjust it i guess. peolple seem nice enough to me.

I enjoyed my stay in mamma mia because i spent few euros to stay in the centre of rome ! I went to a supermarket and bought what i would like to eat and i could also use the kitchen to cook by myself! I found the place quite clean and secure, the staff has been kind and i had lunch with other travellers there! It has been a beautiful experience!

Mammamia hostel is located in the center of the city, it's rather clean and the staff is very friendly. Leonardo and Roberto had helped me a lot with my stay, took me to the laundry and helped with my travel plans. All in all rooms are big and full of light and there's enough place for any baggage (which is important for me, 'cause I travel with a big one). There're 2 bathrooms, they're cleaned at least once a day. Kitchen is a big advantage: it's huge and very well facilitated.

Well, for 6 euro a bed, I must say, Just stayed for one night, as I was going to Venice on the morning. Mamma Mia is good value for your money. Located a short walk from Termini railway station (around 15 minutes), it's a bit hard to find (not a single sign - just the name next to the bell in an other otherwise completely normal looking builiding). Not luxorious, paint on the walls was falling down, but for the low price... Important: there's no locker for leaving stuff.
