Place was clean and was secure. The AC dorm is beautifully chilly at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a great (albeit a little pricy) restaurant about a 5 min walk that serves traditional Nicaraguan food. Definitely not a tourist place and delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They spoke very good English. Roberto was really great he answered all my questions and helped out every way possible with with what I needed. Free wifi that worked really well all over the place. This hostel made the trip to Managua memorable.

Awesome that there are free water refills and a shuttle to the airport Dorm room in the second hostel (the one without the pool) lack fans, it was impossible to sleep. And mosquito nets! The lower bed in the far corner has a very weird mattress, I rolled off it the whole night.

The people running the hostel were very friendly... The place was really great and great price... You can leave your stuff for free even forever haha until you claim it back... Close to bus terminal and mall... Great wifi connection!

great location, great place, very safe, very helpful friendly staff, a nice diverse crowd of travelers - nice hammocks and there was a swimming pool--- only minor drawback was my single room had little ventilation, but there was a fan-- the shared bath was next door and was essentially almost private as I never had to wait to use it -no hot water though-- but cold water isnt necessarily freezing cold, so it was fine. would definitely stay there again- staff and location is great!!

The bathroom was clean and had hot water which was a major plus. The room was clean as well but the bed was pretty uncomfortable - the mattress had become misshapen over time i imagine and so was bumpy. I stayed in the dorm room with A/C and was actually cold but this could be becuase my bed was directly in front of the airflow. The swimming pool looked nice but i didn´t use it. the kitchen was big and seemed clean but again i didn´t use it. The internet connection was pretty good too.

A decent place to stay nearby the airport. It takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Their shuttle service is rather expensive (15 USD), but they just charge you what a taxi driver would charge you.. The room was clean, but small.

The lethargy was palpable from the moment I arrived, with little interest shown from the young guy working at the reception in the morning in making me feel welcome. That guy was unfriendly and he felt each question I made a real pain to answer....My advice to him, pls change job if you don´t like to interact with customers cos that´s your job. Woman working in the afternoon was much more nicer. The dorm was stifling hot, ( I ended the night sleeping in the lobby). For the rest the hostel was ok.

Hot and muggy describes the dorm experience, which was not locked. Cold shower, but the pool was a bonus. Good social spaces and potential for interacting with other travellers. Location safe and close to major shopping centre. Not bad overall, but I am sure there is better in Nicaragua...
