a really good hostel for chilling out, lovely staff who are very hospitable. Would recommend it for single travelers, but not for groups of people looking to have a wild time. I believe this to be the nicest hostel I have stayed at in my 1.5 month trip so far. Great atmosphere, helpful staff, and clean comfortable rooms. Despite the description the hostel was surprisingly social. This is a really relaxing hostel and the staff are so friendly you feel like you are staying at a friends house. I would and have recommended it to others and would go back there again if I were to go back to Budapest (which I most certainly will be). Mandragora is one of the best hostels I've stayed (and i've stayed at a lot!)... The atmosphere is great...kind of a zen, meditation type design.
