This hotel is very Bad. It is far of the pier When you arrived there is no electricity. The bathroom is small and dirty. And there is cockroach on this bathroom

They advertised internet access, however they did not provide a working computer. Suggestion: There are many cracks and openings for cold air to escape from the AC rooms. The post a sign that ask for energy efficiency. I think they could save a lot on their electric bill if they were to seal these openings.

We really liked staying with the monkeys-they came and sat on our balcony in the mornings! Great breakfast,but service with a smile would go a long way!

There are many things that we are unhappy about: 1. the staff is not welcoming at all. They don't even smile. 2. There are roaches in the bathroom. 3. It is so far away from the beach and the busy town so you would expect it to be quiet, right? It is not. It usually stays noisy until late at night. Since the wall is very thin, you can hear the sound of TV from the next house. 4. The steps are way to steep. Not recommended for older people

great place to stay, we definitely recommend it! the resort is a little bit outside the main village on a hill and a bit more quiet. the bungalows are basically in the jungle, there are even monkeys hanging out there. we loved the place!

Like many other guests, we too saw reviews before booking, and very pleased overall. We were aware of the stairs, and cabin-like setup. Do not book Maney if you have weak legs, because there can be a lot of stone stairs to get to your room. My friend and I are in decent shape, and it was a hike to get up...I'd say a good 2-3 minute workout, but well worth it for the amazing view and seclusion on the upper hillside.

Is a little bit far from the center. You have to walk 15 minutes to arrive at the center. And at night is dark. You have to walk 5 minutes at a dark way. For woman travelling alone is not the best option. Dont' have a lot of people at the way to come back to the resort, is so calm. I don't like to go out at night, but I always came back at 23:30 from dinner, and didn't have nobody at the way to the Resort. If you come back early, sleep earlier than that, is ok. Or if you aren't alone, is ok.

Ma Ney Resort is very cute and pleasant, and not too far from phi phi centre and the beaches. Very good value for money! You don't really get much in the room, but there is a bed and an aircon, and that's all you need in Thailand. Phi-Phi Island is unreal! Most beautiful place in the world!

excellent place, only a bit far, but quite and with a great view to make the walk home worth. free transportation from the ferry up the mountain was excellent.

This "resort" is not so resort-y. It is find to stay at I suppose. We were only here for 1 night due to it being one of the only places still available because one of our plans changed. It is clean enough, they provide breakfast, and it's sort of pretty. It is REALLY REALLY out of the way and quite the TREK up the mountain. Not fun if you want to go anywhere and do anything. The monkeys are SO LOUD in the morning it is unreal! While cute to see them for one morning, I would not like that wake up

A nice looking place from the outside. Nicely decorated but let down by a dirty bathroom, poor fittings and a lack of atmosphere. Vastly over priced. A comfortable place to stay with a good review over the bay and good access to the viewpoint route. Decent food available too. All together fairy average, unable to justify the price tag.
