Though it was okay till night when the ants and biggest roaches I've ever seen came out. but the pictures are very misleading and is right in front of an nearly empty brown water reserve. A good 30 minute exhausting walk to anywhere in town. Would not recommend for the price was not worth it.

We had booked there. But after one and half hour walk from one end of the island (the harbour) and the other end (the resort)we where just exhausted. When we arrived we were welcome friendly. The bungalow we had was the last on the top.that meant another 100 steps up. But the infrastructure is not the best in the resort.people with disabilities or one or two beers too much live not safely if they have the bungalows at thetop. For value of money we found a better hotel and decided not stay.

Worth of visiting, with nice views and comfortable beds. Althought you can have cheaper staying somewhere else. Monkeys we're waiting on balcony at the morning. Quite an experience :)

It was away from the main strip which was good as we wanted to be away from the noise and they advertised themselves as being up a steep hill - it really is. However, I don't think this place is worth the price you pay. Our bungalow was pretty shabby and bathroom quite grim. Staff weren't particularly helpful and the breakfast was just alright. Not good for single women - walk back at night not great. Next time - stay at Long beach.

Nice and comfortable place to stay, our room was big and clean (but watch out for ants, don't leave anything eatable without wrapping it in a plastic bag!). Breakfast is tasty, you can choose between eggs with toast, muesli or thai breakfast (rice soup), but the portions are quite small. The location was OK for us (15 mins walk to the beach). But it didn't fulfil all our expectations, because we thought of something afield in the trees and more romantic when reading the discription and reviews.
