I got a taxi at the airport to take me to mango guesthouse . It was dark. It had closed months ago and never notified me. I paid a deposit and 50 reais (Brazilian money) for the taxi to find another hotel late at night. I am still very upset with your service. I demand a refund immediately plus my cost of the taxi. I will put a notation on your website if I don't hear from you soon . Laurie mokriski

When I arrived at the location of the Mango Guesthouse I found that it was not open for business (closed). Please refund my money. Sincerely, Ed Bezgembluk
