The hotel is very good place, you can walk to the center Fira in 20 minutes by walking or take a bus and you are in city center in five minutes. There is a bus stop very close to hotel and buses go to popular beaches. The owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. And thanks to Dimitri for transfer and informations about island. Room is clean. İ preffer this hotel if i visit Santorini again.

Owner was very helpful. Good value for money and very quiet part of the old town

Room was.delightful even if a bit on the small side. Excellent Wife Convenience of nearby cafes tho the Mango Rooms could find it I their advantage to add an English type breakfast to their cafe offerings. Only one maj or issue was.the difficulty of walking on the historical rocky road surfaces in old Rhodes city- it's distance from the museum &main shopping precinct, and dealing with luggage and gettming around as taxis are not allowed in to Old Rhodes City.

Perfect and quiet location at the heart to the old city for this family run hotel. Confortable bed and rooms, friendly staff, great roof top offering a fantastic 360° view on the city. Some signs in the streets would be helpful for the GPS-less travellers to find it the first time :-)

This hostel is way over priced for what it is. When we arrived (at 11pm) there was no one there and the place was locked. I had to go the the cafe next door to call the owner and she made it seem like this happens all the time. So make sure you know exactly when you are going to arrive or else no one will be there to let you in. They do live close so it didnt take him long to arrive. Location is great, however is super difficult to find and the directions the hostel gives are not helpful.

To be fair I was traveling outside the tourist season but it was the only place where the blankets were damp and musty and the room was very cold. Nice people but virtually no presence at Reception. I actually had to open the door myself to someone who was booked in and arrived after 11pm. Not reassuring!

This place is located away from the madness of the cruise ships which made us very happy. Martin at the desk was helpful with all questions. Since we were so late in the season staying there the restaurant was closed. However, we found a restaurant called Herme to the left of this hostel that was a mom and pop place. Awesome food and cheap.

Great room in a great location--right in the heart of Old Town. Nice and quiet, not too mobbed by the cruise boaters who tended to take over the town during the day. Only complaint would be that we had a hard time figuring out the operating hours. We got in very early, so we didn't expect the place to be open, but there were no operating hours posted. We returned after 9 am, when we expected everything to be open, and still no one to be seen. Otherwise, great place to stay, once we got in!

A good choice for Old Town Rhodes - if you don't need 5 star. Average sized rooms, but airy and comfortable. Position couldn't be better. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to a dozen tavernas in a three minute radius. All the basics - shower, cleanliness, security etc - covered. Don't try to get here at night - taxis can't get through the tiny lane ways of the Old Town, and don't know where the hotel is. Try to arrange a transfer with the hotel when you book.

Fantastically located, super-friendly staff, nice and clean, great rooftop garden, well equipped rooms, Mango Rooms has it all. We were there in early October, so the restaurant was closed and things were quieter in town. The hostel doesn't really have a "common room" space and no real food prep area (does have a fridge + electric kettle per room), but those are small complaints. Altogether, highly recommended!

This is like a 4 star hotel minus the swimming pool. The hospitality is excellent, location perfect, a lovely oldie world feel about the place, very very comfortable and interesting, I will almost definitely return .

Mango rooms had double booked us, so they paid for an upgrade at a pension down the road. They walked us there and were very understanding. We ended up staying at Olympos Pension, which was lovely.

Excellent location and friendly staff on hand at all times. Just a shame the restaurant/bar was closed, but at least that meant it was quiet. There are three other restaurant/bars within a 20 second walk so it was no problem.

It was my second time in Mango Rooms. Location is central, you may reach everywhere you want in old town easyly. We have again rent a car, normally, car rental companies are leaving cars at Fragkiskos Church. It is just 5 min by walk to Mango Rooms, You may park your car there and reach Mango Rooms easyly. But, rooms were not clean, tovels are not daily renewed, Air conditioner didn't work. Last year, rooms were more clean.
