You get what you pay for! Not bad for $2.50 a night, but it's nothing special. The staff was pretty uncommunicative but the mattresses were comfortable! Probably won't go back but it worked for two nights just fine.
Mangolos is a great place for your money! Very close to central of downtown but still manages to feel out of the way and very quiet. The staff are super nice. They have nice lockers for your belongings! Good place to stay and value for money is great!!!
Cheap hostel with friendly Khmer staff. Its nice to stay in a place that only employs Khmer locals, I believe most of the staff are also from the countryside. The rooms are basic but clean, showers and toilets are fine. Had a nice time at the hostel and was able to meet other travellers easy. Only a few minutes to pub street. No pool but the hostel down the road lets use use theirs for $3 for the whole day. Thanks
it is a good hostel to stay. 5 mins walk to the center(pubstreet). high money value
Nice little hostel, different from the westernized ones nearby, and inclined for social interaction. Cheap and rudimentary but largely sufficient.

Exceeded my expectations by a long shot. A lot of behind the scene work has been done to make Mangolo Hostel feel like home. Matresses on the floor are soft and each matress has its own masquitto net.. Good Wifi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location if you come into town or are leaving on Ibis, Capital Tours or Gold VIP bus lines. Affordable street food & local restaurants close by. $1 (24 hour) a day bike rental (open till 9pm) up at the traffic circle.
