Good place to stay, near Itramuros, which is what we wanted. However, there are not many places to eat around the hostel that are affordable.

Figure out exactly where it is before you arrive or you will have trouble finding it. It's across the street from the US Embassy so tell that to the cab driver because he probably won't know either. There is no sign. In a great location and the staff was helpful!

Very cheap place to stay but...dorm room infested with cockroaches, both on the floor and on your bed, so if you cant handle that find somewhere else. Location is central to many sightseeing location however and about a 15 minute walk from the LRT. If you follow the back street of the hostel south you will find a neat little restaurant called the Hobbit House. Quite a fun experience!

We had booked a private room but they had given it to someone else who had just turned up and acted like this was the most normal thing in the world and our booking in advance didn't matter, they didn't even apologize! the whole place was dank and dirty. We ended up staying in a dorm room, the room itself wasn't so bad but the bathrooms were disgusting and obviously hadn't

Did not at all liked the hostel... We even didn´t dare to go and ttake a shower because of the elektric water warmer was not made correktly by an elektrician... It was hard finding the place. No sighn anywhere in the building.. It was just a big appartment door. And even other persons, living in the building didn´t know the was a hostel there... And ofcourse no WIFI...

it's close to the airport, cheap, simple and absolutely ok. got everything you need if your exceptions aren't too high. the air-condition was loud and the street next to it too. it got 24h check-in and the two guys were very friendly. they could arrange the lobby nicer if they'd feel like and provide maps and other helpful stuff travelers need. still i'd go there again.

No signage what-so-ever so incredibly difficult to find. We had to ask around multiple times in the neighborhood while people kept coming up asking for money. There's not even a sign on the door, it's as if the owner doesn't want you to know where it is. So stupid. The lights were always off in the lobby and SO hot because all the AC units are there humming away. Rooms are small. Bathroom is small. Asked the guys working about the area, weren't helpful. Book a hotel instead of here.

We did not receive the room we booked. No sign on door made it difficult to find. Cockroaches and appeared very dirty. As a traveller I felt I was an inconvienence to the staff. Will not return. Did like the curtains on the bunks for privacy.

Although very close to Rizal park, perfect location, back entrance to appartment building a bit tricky to find. Toilet and shower facilities were above average clean and warm shower. But no WiFi or extra facilities like relax hangout room.

It is cheap and you get a decent bed in a large and air-conditioned dorm with large lockers available. Inside the dorm room there is no problem. Outside the dorm room there is nothing. Absolutely nothing. There is no social area, nowhere to sit, nothing. When you enter the front door you are hit by the 50 degree heat from the air con exhausts which all feed into the front room making your priority getting to the dorm room. If you are after a cheap bed and nothing else then this place is fine.

I liked the place right in front of the sea. It was better than my expectation. I plan to stay there again when I go to Manila. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is good and the place is very safe. However, the rooms are old and we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. The bathroom are clean but old. Moreover, you don't pay by day but by 24h of stay. Which means that if you check in early you will have to check out early or pay an extra 12h of stay. However, this hotel is cheap.

the location of this Hostel is very good, you just need to walk to rizal park and intramuros. there are mini market and restaurant beside the building. The room and bathroom is small, this maybe a little bit not good for big people :D

The hostel is cheap and well located. You get what you pay for at this hostel. There were young children begging outside the front door, but the security guard kept them out of the premises. This is normal in a lot of places in the Philippines. The sheets could have been cleaner as they had some blood stains on them and the floor felt like grease. We felt safe enough at this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well located and cheap accommodation for a night or two.

Simple and cheap. Nothing fancy good if you just passing through town and not intend to spend much time inside as the rooms are tiny! good location close to lots of eating and the better side of downtown
