Great location in HK, but the rooms are very small. The staff are very friendly, but they seem to not know much about HK, cause they could not give much information about it. Rooms are very clean.

Location was good.. non stop hassling of people trying to sell you suits/knockoff watches/bags bottom floor though. Place is much smaller then it looks in photos... Can touch 3 of 4 walls at once, very difficult with two large bags. When time to check out Reception door was locked, someone was there because we could see/hear him and he didn't come. After 15mins of knocking we just dumped the key and left. Only one elevator to floor, fits 6 people and is very slow and was constantly busy.

Great place to stay if you want to be on a good street with a lot going on and a lot within walking distance. Tiny room though, smaller than I expected. I am 6'2" and I could not lay in the bed as I was wider than the room. Found a big cockroach too, but place was clean so must have come in the window! No facilities at all, no common area, towels stained and holes. Also pretty sure the staff that appear to live there aswell, used our room while we were out.

Gary, the manager, is very friendly, speaks good English, accommodating and helpful. The place is at the 17th floor while the lift is only up to 16th floor. It is very taxing to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the 17th floor.

It was not very easy to find the hostel. Then the door to the reception did not open. The staff did not speak proper English and there were cockroaches in the room.
