Staff? What staff? Whenever you need to deal with the staff, you need to call them to show up. And the guy is not friendly at all, almost make you feel bad for bothering him. Not sure what is going on in this hostel, the living room is messy as hell stuffed with old computer's gears and many other stuffs. Only one toilet for the whole hostel. The rug in the hallway in completely rotten. Fortunately for them that they are well located and the only hostel around. Disappointing.

Other backpackers were very friendly, they did not have staff on site at all times to ensure cleanliness. The location is beautiful but quite far from the city. Management removed a substantial amount of cooking equipment because some backpackers did not clean their mess but did not give any time when they would be back, forcing backpackers to struggle when looking to cook food. Wifi was terrible/non existent throughout most of the facility.

Nice place if a tad overpriced. But the hostel is cute and cozy and the bed was comfortable. Really good on security, lots of locks and passcodes. And the staff was very chill about letting me in around midnight. I imagine location would be good if Manly was your goal, but was a bit too far out of Bris for me. Hard to get from train station to hostel at nighttime.

It's a cheap hostel with everything you need. Not a good area for party because it's a little out side the city center but the bar from the hostel is quite nice. They have lockers what's great in a hostel but no linen, so bring your sleeping bag. I think it's good value.
