I chose this place because of its proximity to the Prestwick airport, which was very convenient (they will charge you 5 GBP each time you use the shuttle though, which is about the same as a cab). The staff are very friendly and helpful though there was no hot water in my room and there was some sort of plumbing issue that caused water to leak all over the floor. I was annoyed about the lack of hot water but it is a pleasant place to stay if you are not worried about finding something to do.
