Great place to stay when traveling! The rooms were very clean and there was a kitchen. The Staff were very friendly as well! Great value for the money.

This place was very nice. The staff was very helpful. They waited for us since our ferry was late and they helped arrange cabs and tourist directions. I wish it was closer into town and that the wifi worked in the rooms.

Not a good spot for backpackers. It's very far out of the city (check the hostel world map, not Google maps which is very wrong). This is more of a hotel for couples and families. Honestly, it's not really Manos Studios fault, backpackers shouldn't stay in Heraklion at all. Go to Rethymno!

Lovely Stay at Manos Studios! Very comfortable room for the price we paid with well equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio overlooking the pool. The manager, Fragiskos, was very helpful and even sent me by phone changer which i left behind! Thanks for a great stay!

Quite far out of town (Google maps has the wrong location - make sure you check the hostelworld.com map). Very near the beach, friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

Pros The gentleman who ran the hostel was excellent in giving advice and making me feel welcome The room had a kitchenette which I did not expect The location is perfect, right by clubs, bars, restaurants and the beach is very close The room was very clean and came with extra pillows and blankets The number 6 bus from the airport stops almost directly outside the hostel Cons There are loud dogs near by (which obviously can't be helped) The fridge was quite loud during the night
