Very good place to stay for vacation. It has good connection to the city and airport. Also there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is a bit inside of the main road. You may ask someone to find it for the first time. The staff is super nice.

The hostel is pretty far away from the main area and bus station but the site says that so it was really good value for the money. A really nice pool and it's a whole apartment room to yourself.

Good place to stay, more like an apt with our own room. We had a little kitchenette- didn't use it but nice to have in case. We had to ask for more toilet paper a few times as they only clean the rooms every other day. The location was alright- its a little out of the way- about 15 min bus ride to Heraklion city but nice area and close to Amoudara Beach. Staff were very friendly- told us how to get around, where to get the bus and what sort of day trips would be nice.

Very good

erExtremely good place to stay with a very helpful manager. Highly recommended and a good base from which to visit places like Knossos, Phaestos and Malia.

I can recommend Manos as the best Hostel in Iraklio with the best value for money because I think you can forget about Youth Hostel Heraklion... The owner is very nice and helpful, a relaxed guy. You have to go there by bus, which is about 1,50 € but I think it's worth doing it.

This hotel was okay, however, we found the location to be impractical for our needs. In retrospect we should've stayed closer to Heraklion's centre, as the daily public transportion costs into the city basically eliminated any savings we made by staying in that location. The Wifi didn't work on our floor either, which was a bit of a bummer....On the plus side, It is close to a great beach.

There are no laundry facilities despite it saying there were on the hostel world website

It's quite difficult to find the hostel to be honest. You have to read "Map and Directions" thoroughly and follow the instruction as the bus driver will NOT know where "Nimfon" street is. It's just a small street. Very glad that my room is upgraded to a single room though...

this was a nice hotel, the rooms were clean, air conditioned, it had a nice pool and was 5 minutes from the beach, the owner/reception was a great help he was kind helpful just overall very friendly and positive it was good and cheap

Manos studio was my stop on the way to the things i wanted to see. It provided all the things i needed: sleep and shover and some nice and descent conversation one evening downstairs. All the best to the american girl who did reception and housekeeping. Thanks guys!!!!

It was a great stay at Manos Studios. The owner was super nice and funny. He is very responsible and very patient when you ask him questions.. Every morning, he would be downstairs and "waiting" for what you wanna ask him :) The services they provided was excellent! It made our stay more fun. The studio is different than other hostels. Its like living in an apartment with other people. The girls I met at the studio are super nice :). It was easy to get around and very close to the beach!

Nice apartment. Staff was really friendly.

Manis studios hotel was a great spot in Heraklion. The guy that ran the place was fantastic, super nice. Met some new friends there. Definitely a more chill spot to go read by the pool.

I had a fantastic time here, Frangiskos couldn't have been a better host. The pool was fantastic, the view from the dorm terrace was beautiful, great kitchen facilities and a short walk to the beach, shops, bus stop etc. I had booked 4nights but stayed a week I liked it there so much. Would definitely go back!!

Really nice hostel ! The hostel is clean, not far from the shops, the beach and the bus station (you can easily go to Heraklion). The room is bigger than we'd normally expect from a hostel. We were nicely surprised, especially for the price! The host is really nice. We were welcomed very well. He told us everything we needed to know to fully enjoy our stay :) I'd definitely recommend this hostel without a doubt!

Although it is a bit far from the city center, but it is quiet and near to the beach.

This place is in a lovely town outside of Heraklion and a great option if you like to get away from the big city. Getting in and out of the city is super simple and cheap on the bus. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, clean, a great price, and good location. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, and beaches within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again. Only negative, not a great place if you're a solo traveler hoping to meet others.

This was a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean but it was nothing special. Not much to do in the area either. One thing we didn't like was there was only wifi in the reception which was inconvenient. When we left the owner told us not to take a cab because it was easy to take a bus to the port. When the bus arrived we turned around to get our bags and the bus was gone. We luckily were able to flag down a cab or we would have missed our ferry. Likely would not go back.

staff was definitely the highlight of the accommodation
