The manager Loay is very friendly and helpful with everything. We stayed for a week and we had a good time. It is a budget hotel so the facilities and rooms are not of a high standard however there is always hot water. The floors and carpets desperately need to be cleaned

Good location for access to downtown Amman for its sights and cheap eateries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but ok. We had ensuite room, both bedroom and bathroom could have been cleaner - a bit of mould on the walls and toilet flush didn't work very well. Mesh on windows had holes in it - luckily there weren't so many mosquitos/flies. The ceiling fan was effective and quiet - good because it was hot. Good choice if you are not too fussy and are travelling on a budget.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostle. I like the centrality of the location staff was very helpful in locating a great taxi driver who took me to Petra, Wadi Rum, the Baptismal sight, Mt. Nebo, and of course the Dead Sea. For the three day adventure cost me 160JD. Great price.

This is budget hotel so dont stay here if your expecting the hilton! But bearing that in mind location is great, a good breakfast and the staff are exceptional. Loui was great and he also offers great value tours.

the person taking care of bookings and the hostel-manager isn't the same and their communication is very poor. Äs a result of this we paid a deposit on hostelworld but Mansour hotel still wanted us to pay the whole amont for the rooms. When this is said the stay was cheap, the manager is helpful and always game on a cup of tea.

If you're staying in a dorm here, you get what you pay for. Actually, to be fair, you get more than what you pay for: there's free wifi, free breakfast, and the hot water works. The overall look is kinda dingy though. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and willing to help give advice. The location is excellent - right next to the famous Hashem restaurant too in case you want to grab a bite any time of the day! Overall, this is a recommended budget stay.

This place was a shoe-stringers heaven. first of all it was very good value for money: rooms where cheap and clean. showers were hot.The city of Amman is at you're doorstep, with the market, bus stations and the better restaurants in the downtown area within walking distance. downtown area being the most exiting area after all. The thing about Mansour that really got me was the atmosphere of the place. The receptionist played a key role in this being friendly and very helpfull. Just perfect!!
