We were very suprised that we found such good quality room. We had a nice stay. Some minor points of attention The bar across the street was very noisy at night until 1 o'clock or so. On the other hand Good expresso and wifi in our room from that same bar. The tempature of of the shower was hot but the flow was low. Thanx for a very nice stay.

When we first arrived in riomaggiore we were disappointed the Staff at both tourist information offices were very rude and of very little help. Out of desperation we decided to ask the staff at mar mar for tourist information on hiking trails, sites etc they bent over backward to help us. What started out to be a frustrating stay, became delightful. they took us to catch a train in la spezia during a rail strike! They were wonderful would highly recommend the mar mar.

All the accomodations at Mar Mar vary. I was traveling with one friend and asked for a place with a kitchen. We had a private room for no extra cost. There was no staff on site. We were stating in an apartment with 2 private rooms and one living room that has been turned into the dorm. This place is really really chill and relaxed and it was nice to come and go as we pleased without having to talk to people at the front desk. Would stay here again for sure.

Very nice stay at Riomaggiore. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great base to explore the Cinque Terre area. The parking option for those arriving via car was a good bargain. (recommend)

No lockers in my particular apartment, but everything else was really clean and sunny with a great patio.

Booked 10 person mixed dorm - but stayed in a 4 bed studio apartment, with fridge, stove etc. Water pressure in shower was very poor, yet still pooled at the bottom which was not a good thing. Great location though, and probably the best village to stay in.

we got our own room in this hostel which was a nice unexpected surprise, the kitchen is quite big and cute but the only downside was we were quite cold as the blankets werent thick enough

It was not possible to lock the room/flat from inside (the lock was broken) though it led straigt to the street. the staff did not really take it serious when i told them. though it seems to be a safe town, but still does not make you sleep so well.

Free wi-fi would have been amazing. The door wouldn't lock from the inside so we kind of just hoped for the best at night. Ran out of toilet paper.

It really felt like a deserted place rather than a hostel. It was exactly as others said in their review. But Cinque Terre are very quiet and nature-friendly place, so it didn\'t really matter. I may go back to this place because I won\'t be able to get any beds for this price.
