Very friendly and helpful staff. Room while small was quite clean, and had everything one needs for a brief stay. While not expensive, having to pay for wireless in this day in age is a little annoying...get with the times! :)

We liked the cleanliness and location above all else. It was nice to have fresh towels offered even though we didn't need them for a 2 night stay. The location was very good, right in the heart of London. So close to Oxford St. It was very nice of the concierge to allow us to keep some food in the fridge as we didn't have one in the room. The TV in the bedroom was great and liked the fact that rooms had WiFi access and a small kettle and choices of beverage (tea/coffee)
