Definitely a perfect place for a short holiday trip. The "host mum" doesn´t speak English very well but she was keen to make our stay as nice as possible. Shared bathroom but clean all the time. Breakfast included. Felt a bit like being at home :)

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, and excellent facilities. Although it seemed a bit dodgy from the outside, inside was very clean and modern :). A very short walk from termini station, and windows are sound proofed :)

Well' it's very simple, but even my mom found it clean and comfortable. If you wanna see Rome, you'll not stay too much time in your accommodation, so the most important things are safety, comfortable and cleanness. This place is good in all three options and I absolutely recommend it. shortly: good location, nice and kind owners, very attentive way made coffee at breakfast

Really convenient location near Termini train station in a neighborhood with a varied offer of restaurants and pubs. Owners were kind and helpful, and the place was tidy, clean, and quiet. Although it is not near the most popular attractions in the city, we enjoyed a 30-40 minutes walk from the hostel to the coliseum (30-40 minutes). and you are only 3 blocks away form the train and underground stations that take you everywhere in the city.

Basic standard, very convenient localization. Wonderful for weekend travelers. Be prepared to communicate in Spanish or Italian, English is not an option :)
