Staff are friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the location as none of the monuments are within walking distance, however, most are only 2 metro stops away. Termini station is literally a 1 minute walk. The area isnt all that nice, however, we found some awesome restaurants in the area that were family run, great food and well priced. Rooms are really clean are air conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful.
