The reception girl is very nice and helpful. The location is very good, and just opposite to the bus terminal, and other restaurants are very close. GBut the toilet was not very good, and drainage was not running properly. The toilet was always wet and caused many mosquitoes there.

great location across the road from bus terminal and very professional and well run hostel. the hot water is non existent though.

The girl behind the desk was hopeless and took forever to do anything. You have to ask to get your aircon turned on I ha to ask 3 times before anyone even attempted to do it. Very little atmosphere. Room was clean, bathroom small and really hot. Felt cleaner before I showered, perfect location.

Great place, nice helpful staff and good wifi+3 computers there. Going to the swimming pool or enjoing a cerveza under the trees after a day hiking was soooooo relaxing. If I can manage to go back there I'll stay more than a couple of days, this time, for it's so relaxing.

Hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Some times too hot and sometimes too cold. Staff really helpful. Pool was great. Their breaksfast gave us a good start to the day prior to embarking on the falls.

The bedrooms were ok, even though you don't control de A.C so sometimes it was too cold or simply wasn't on during the 33°C. Every time you shower, water was spilled everywhere the bathroom becasue the steam was not very good neither the curtain. The Wi-Fi only reached the lobby, so if you wanted to be on the Internet you needed to be there, where there were not enough seats. Despite that, the breakfast was good and complete, it's a big hostel full with people all around the world.

Location was good right opposite bus station. Staff not very helpful & charge 50 peso deposit for linen & further 40 peso deposit + 10 peso for hiring a towel ($10 just to hire a towel)...not v helpful when you're trying to get rid of all your pesos if heading into Brazil. Beds were uncomfy and pool was dirty. It's a big place but was v quiet when we were there so no atmosphere & bar expensive.

The location was perfect - directly across from the bus station for easy access to both the falls and Brazil. The staff was also very lovely, and gave me lots of information about the area!

Great place, lovely stuff (really making the effort to help people and socialize), great facilities with lot's of games and a swimming pool and nice bedrooms. Great place to be in.

Perfect location if using the bus at any time. Clean beds, toilets and showers. Friendly staff. Far reaching wifi...all=I'd stay again.
