Very big hostel, but the common areas weren't great...the service took forever, and after waiting for a long time you would get some rude service (if you are lucky to get any service). Checking in and out was a hazzle, be prepared to wait and wait! Air-con in the rooms are either on or off, so it's either the antarcticas or the caribians - that's what we were told by the staff.

Excellent hostel, please fix the fan in room 18 :)

We stayed in the 4 bed dorm, which is actually a hotel room with 4 separate beds, en suite bathroom, a/c, lockers and a television. We liked it because it was clean and quiet and across the street from the bus station. Good value for money hostel. Minus: the staff wasn´t very friendly and the kitchen equipment was not good.

good location, just opposite bus terminal, except for the first night that we had a stuffy room, reason maybe because our roommates didn't like to switch on the air-con or the fan, all other things are good there, very impressed is that there is even a clean, working swimming pool, feel like in a hotel

Marcopolo Inn Iguazu is a hostel with great location, just steps from the bus station and town centre. Staff is friendly and ready to help you or advise you on your trip to Cataratas! Worthy to stay with them... and there is a pool to enjoy too :)

The hostel was very close to the bus station which is great for organizing trips to Iguazu and the Brazilian side of the border. The staff was very helpful in providing information on the various tour options and transport . The hostel has an outdoor kitchen for the guests which is I thought was good for cooking in the evenings.

Great hostel. Prime spot. Helpful staff. What more could you want?

The hostel in itself is nice enough - decent breakfast, pool, cooking área- but we were in a triple bed room, and had to buy off the third bed. When we returned from breakfast there were two cleaning ladies in our room, even though we had not given our key to reception, so that was weird. Staff is really friendly and helpful, but we weren't sad to leave.

Hi,Thank you for your feedback. The fact that you found cleaners in your room even if you had not left the key is something absolutely normal. They will first knock on the door to make sure they do not disturb if you are inside, and if they have no response they will just enter the room in order to clean it. As far as the room is concerned,a triple room is what you booked online. It is stated clearly that if you want a triple room, all beds have to be paid for. Kind regards

Best part was that it is only just across the road from the bus station! Pool was excellent and breakfasts were great.

staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Great location - opposite bus station and breakfast included. Only complaint would be 1 power outlet in 6 bed dorm!

Really great hostel right opposite the bus terminal. Great bar, staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful when needing information and organising going to the park. The hostel also organised a night out also whilst I was there- a lot of fun and great atmosphere. There is a pool which is so good in the tropical heat. The bar is also far enough away from the rooms that it doesnt disturb you if you just want to sleep.

The hostel is a nice spot located just next to the principal bus station and all you can need (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). The kitchen, the breakfast and the Internet access were OK. Our triple room was just perfect: just like a simple hotel room for only about 145 pesos per person! BUT in dorms, how the hell are you supposed to climb to the top of a bunk bad without any ladder ??? Strange. Also, 4 of 5 staff members I met were extremely rude and unfriendly. Unlike normal Argentines...

Great hostel! One of the best I've stayed in, in Argentina. Comfy beds, on site bar that was great value for money! Staff were so knowledgeable and booked tours at Iguazu falls for us. Right opposite the bus station which is handy when you're coming off a long night bus trip! I'd definitely stay again if ever in puerto Iguazu!

Staff member tried to charge us more than double what we were quoted and took alot of convincing. Pillows were horrible and lumpy. No ladder to get up to top bunk and was close to having my head cut off by the fan. Bed was very small. Only one power outlet in room of 6. We were given the wrong key to the dorm and only realised later. Change seemed to be a major issue, couldnt even give me 1 peso change. Pool good. Bathroom floor always wet due to shower curtain hanging over floor.

Unfriendly staff but the location and place are really great. Just in front of the bus terminal and in the main center of Puerto Iguazu. They have swimming pool and the patio is well maintained. Good to relax after a day in the parc. They have a bar outside from the hostel so the music doesn't disturb if you want to go to sleep. Well keept dorm. also a bar outside of the hostel so it doesn't disturb
