The room was clean but the bunks had no ladder, to climb to the bunk chairs needed to be used. The walls were very thin which make the place very noisy. Breakfast was nice and varied.

Actual hostel was pretty bad, but the people there were great. The rooms were small so most people hung out in the common rooms and we got to meet many nice, great people!

There was only 1 shower for the whole hostel and it was not clean. I was staying in the 6 bed-room and it was very tiny, there was barely any place to put your luggage. If you sleep on the lower bed bunk, there is not enough space to even sit straight. If you sleep on the upper bed bunk, there is no ladder to climb up. The only good thing about the hostel is the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hostel, unless you are on a tight budget.

The place is a mess, is really noisy, the good things are that you have breakfast and tea.

Not for young traveller looking to meet people and party. Good for cheap, relax place to use reliable internet. Close to wien enter and to a city bike rental

I booked a bed in a 4 bed bedroom which was incredibly narrow! Besides that the common room closed after midnight (one of the guys of the staff sleeps on the couch). Also don't expect a lot of friendliness from the staff. In a nutshell, I don't recommend this hostel.

I've been to a lot of hostels around Europe but this one by far is the best. The location is nice, just 10 minutes from Vienna Westbahnof. It's very clean and got some pretty good facilities. All of the stuff is free so it's great value for money too. But the top marks are for the great atmosphere at the place. It's surely the most friendly hostel I've been to. The guys who are running the place are super cool, helpful and easygoing. They're really doing an amazing job. Wishing them the best!

What I liked most was definitely the staff, such lovely people! The location was okay, a bit too much walking to the centre. My room was really tiny and a bit smelly, but that was because of another hostel guest ;) I was a bit surprised that the doors to the rooms are always open, but there are lockers, so no problem. And 24 h reception! Definitely recommendable concerning the price! :)

This hostel was a wonderful place to stay! It was super close to 2 metro stations which could take you where you needed to go for sight seeing, and the staff were very outgoing and friendly! Really willing to give you advice on what to see and where to go. They clean the entire place meticulously every day and its really nice and clean! There is a limit on how long you can shower, but they provide breakfast which is always a great way to start the day. right by a super market! Its a good value!

The staffs were excellent. Really kind and nice. Wonderful people. and the breakfast was great. About 10 different kind of jam and toast, milk, coffee, serials... Only one thing I really hated was dirty bathroom and shower. Please, clean more often bathroom and shower, then your hostel will be perfect!!!!!!

The owner of the hostel was really nice, but the hostel itself wasn't anything what i expected .. the location was terrible, you need public transport to do everuthing and it wasn't clean, the bathroons were a total mess.

Although the room we stayed in was very small, it wasn't a prolem for us as its only a place to sleep. We originally booked for only 1 night but when we decided to stay longer the staff were very willing to accommodate us for as long as they could. There are some long term guests and its not a party hostel but very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely stay again.

I would like to divide the hostel in two different areas os assessment: 1 => Infrastructure which is poor in terms of facilities, confort, cleanness and so on. 2=> Staff which is very friendly and helpfull during the whole moment.

Best hostel I have ever seen!We had lot of fun with the staff and they were very helpful to tell us what to see, where to go in Vienna. They also provided free citymap and took their time to explain everything we need to know. Thanks again!
