Walking instructions from railway station need updating.Otherwise very clean & cozy,beds comfortable.Very good location.

very good location, only 10 min walk from central station. the owners are lovely people, they make you fee like at home. the houseboat has 2 double rooms, a kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fridge always filled with water bottles, softs and beers (only a 1e), a table surrounded by sofas where you can sit and eat, and a nice clean bathroom. free WIFI. surroundings very quiet, though very close to the heart of the city. i will be back!

Excellent bed and bath, clean, well-equipped, calm and cozy. Close to the railway station, bike-hire and the city.

We had a great stay, the location was within walking distance from absolutely everything, the kitchen and livingroom area was very cozy, and staying on a boat felt very authentic :) Will stay here again if we ever come back to Amsterdam.

Stayed for 3 nights in January 2012. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Place was very very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked for a bit of cooking on the gas rings. Beds were very comfy and the heating system was very easy to use and kept the space very comfortable. I will stay here again without a doubt next time I visit Amsterdam. Highly recommended!
