Is what it says on the box. Good value accommodation, fifteen minute bus ride from Dublin City. Room was clean but a bit musty, I kept the wardrobes and window open for all of my October stay. Regular bus services to most parts of Dublin. Car parking was handy, safe and secure. Five minute walk into Rathgar Village Centre, which is lovely for a Breakfast coffee, continental lunch or dinner. Most options are within striking distance.. It would be nice if there was a information folder available

nothing special. nice place to stay. they could clean the toilets more often.

The room was extremely noisy because of a boiler inside. No sidebed table or chair provided. Staff not particularly kind. No WiFi for 2 out 3 days. No indications of the B&B outside, so it was not so easy to get there.

clean rooms, nice place to stay

Only problem was maybe the shower queues in the morning, as there are a limited numbers of bathrooms. Except of this: great place, you get a lot for the price. I find it good to be a bit outside the touristic city centre as well, as you get to see more of the city, including bars with "real dubliners" and a normal dublin neighborhood. You are anyhow close enough to the centre and have direct buses to the airport.
