Nice quiet bed and breakfast. Was a little far out from the city center (30 minute bus ride). Had trouble finding it the first time because the directions were not clear on the site. Decent sized room, sink in the room, two big shared bathrooms. Everything was clean and new towels every day. Breakfast was an additional 2.5 euros. Wi-Fi was intermittent at peak hours. Overall, though room was good for what we paid.

Of course it's a little bit far away from the city center, but there are buses close to the Mansion and they're cheap! Therefore it's also extremelly good value for money, and the staff was really nice and taking care of everything all the time! If you don't need to be in the city center, I'd totally recommend this one!

I had a great time staying here. The idea of sharing showers and bathrooms was a little daunting, but we had no difficulties at all. The entire place was very clean. It's definitely a ways from city center, but the price made it worth it. Breakfast was great, and the staff was immensely helpful in providing us with advice about what to see and do in Dubin.

The room is clean and very quiet, and the staff is helpful. Easy transportation with Bus16 every 15 minute to city centre /airport......But Dublin is a little bit boring so staying for 1 day is enough. The west coastline of Ireland is much more impressive

I loved this place the people were great and the room was clean and safe. The only thing was we were a bit of a ways from the city center although the bus was right around the corner I would have loved to have stayed a bit closer to town.

I stayed at the Mansion for 4 nights in a single room. The room was small but clean and comfortable; the shared bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were good and the internet connection was very fast and reliable. It was quick and easy getting into the center of town on one of several bus routes from a stop just a few hundred meters from the hostel. The walls between the single rooms let a fair amount of sound through but that generally wasn't a problem during my stay.

We had our baby girl with us and stayed two nights. The owners fell in love with our little girl and just spoiled her!!! They were so great with her!!! The owners went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Dublin !!

This is the place I would like to stay again next time in Dublin. The single rooms are rather small and nicely furnished. The double rooms are even much better. These are large and offer you space to relax and enjoy your stay. And some offer a nice view into the garden.

We stayed at a few places on our recent trip to Ireland, including B&B's, hostels, and hotels. The Marilyn Mansion was by far the most comfortable facility and had a very homely feeling to it. The staff members were wonderful and did anything and everything to ensure the guests felt at ease. If/when I return to Dublin, the Marilyn Mansion will be at the top of my list!

Marilyn Mansion was a fine place to stay while visiting Dublin. The room and bathrooms were clean. It was safe and the staff was kind and courteous. Close enough to downtown Dublin, being easily reached by bus. The price was right. I would definitely stay at Marilyn Mansion again when in Dublin and would also recommend it to others.

Homely place. It is like staying in someone's house. The staff are very welcoming. I love the decor. Very good value for money. T.V in my own private room. Was a bit cold, only complaint. But waeater was very cold that nite.

Just the best value budget accommodation you could ever hope for! Had my own lovely private ensuite for the price you would normally pay for a mixed dorm in a shabby hostel. The place also has fantastic staff and has great character, and its only a short bus ride to the centre of Dublin! You won't be disappointed!

While this is probably one of the cheapest hostels I've ever stayed in, it still is one of the cleanest and nicest as well. The staff is really friendly and easy going and if you don't mind sharing your bathroom with some other people you'll definitely be able to spend a fabulous time at Marilyn Mansion. I can really recommend it :)

This was a great location. We were close to bus stops and it was a reasonable walk to City Center. It was quiet and clean. Free parking. Helpful staff. Interesting building to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely and cheap place to stay. Large rooms, comfy beds and polite staff. It's a little way out of the city and airport, especially for early mornings, but the area is still pleasant. They organise transport for your benefit with great rates. We had a lovely time.
