Spacious room with balcony, nice roof view with Negambo skyline. Very helpful hotel manager, gave us a ot of.useful advise. Recommend this hotel to those eants to stay for 1,or 2 days！

We arrived there at 1 am and left 8 am - so I can't tell much. But seems everything was OK with this guesthouse.

This is a real nuts-and-bolts hostel ideal for a night or two if you have just arrived or are shortly departing from Colombo International Airport. Its clean, its comfortable, the staff really care and its really very good value for money.

What a nice place to stay. Very quiet, so you can have a good night sleep. It's very clean and the owner is really friendly and nice. Am planing on returning.

Stayed here for one night before heading out. The room was comfortable, the wifi was excellent for Sri Lanka and the airport was close. Breakfast proved to be difficult to find at 9am. I noticed that a couple siting out in their balcony enjoying food they had bought a the market. I wish I had thought of it. :-/ Overall, a friendly and comfortable place to stay a night. I recommend it.

This place iust a stones throw from the beach. When we first arrived, I was so sick I could barely speak, and one of the guys there gave me a pillow to rest on while they sorted the room and Nishan (the owner) even fixed me a teacup of salt water and lime to help settle my stomach. He was also able to rearrange my previous booking to fit my girlfriend in, seeing as she hadn’t planned on staying. Great rooms, great place, great wifi!

Good location, it's near by the beach, and the owner is a nice person, but it's a little problems of the public bathroom, cause my friends wants to take bath with hot water, and there are just cool water for the public bathroom. Whatever, that's a good and valuable place in the Negombo.

We only spent one night in this guest house, so don't have much to say. The staff is quite helpful. The room is quite big. But for the price, it's not of the best value. Especially for breakfast, too pricey.

This rating could have been a lot higher had Nishan the owner not forgotten to re book our room for our final night in Sri Lanka. We had been looking forward to staying in one of their very nice rooms but were left at a loose end after traveling all day from Adams peak. We were forced to take a room next door at ocean view (awefull and not clean). Not an ideal way to finish trip. That said they stored my bag and helped book many things for us however we were left with a bitter taste in the end

Just stayed over one night quickly after arriving to Sri Lanka. It's easy access from the airport so it's convenient if you're arriving late or planning to visit Negombo. Nice and clean rooms with good facilities and just two minutes walk to the beach. Owner was very friendly and stayed up waiting for us.
