I love this simple guesthouse. With a strategic location and easily to reached, they offering special Sri Lankan warmest. The staff really helpful and friendly. Someday I will be back to this guesthouse for my Sri Lanka trip.

Owner Maria was quite friendly and accommodating. Location is decent, but do keep in mind that although it is said to be 6 km to the airport, the airport bus from Negombo central bus stand to the airport takes about 45 minutes (about the same time it takes from Colombo).

Shared the dorm room with one other chap and by good fortune he was a pretty easy going dude, can't say how tough it would have been had he been an awkward bugger. WIFI worked fine and there's a large area to chill out but no lounge and telly. Very convenient for the beach and tourist bars, restaurants and other facilities.

Very friendly owner, my room was quite big, with a nice bed, A/C, fridge and TV. It was the most expensive room that I had in Sri Lanka but also the best one. Can definitly recommend it.

As more elderly travellers We got along really well with the whole family who helped us. With travel on and fitted us in with everything . It was close to airport which made it a lot better than beira in columbo . We started there and it made a big difference to a memorable trip to Sri Lanka which we teallly enjoyed. We had good rooms which cost a bit more but worth it . Terry Australia

This is a nice little place to stay for your first night in Sri Lanka. Good restaurants in the area and a minute or two walk to a very decent beach. Helpful staff with nice spacious rooms. Would return if I'm in the area.

Stayed only as a 2 night halt after arriving at airport. Room very large, clean and pleasant and bathroom fine. There was a balcony, but a poor view over rooftops and water tanks. The proprietors were friendly. The building is a concrete block and therefore not attractive, but the location is good if you are there for a beach holiday. Our door was not secure to begin with, but someone must have seen to it , as it seemed to right itself. The gate to the premises is locked at night.

We got in at about 4.30 in the morning, and Mary came out in her nightdress with a smile on her face, and let us use one of the cheaper rooms on the ground floor to put our heads down for a few hours. We thought this would be the standard of accommodation, but when we got into our proper room, it was way above expectation.

My 1st impression when stepping into the room is it spacious and cleanliness . Crossing the street to access the beach is less than few min. The owner is very nice. Hot water is available all the times but frankly, who would need it in this tropical climate. Free internet access too. Strongly recommended.
