close to the train station. it#s in the center of the town. Watch out the opening hours, especially if you arrive at the low season

Great and efficient staff. Used my credit card to check in at 10pm and as requested a towel and linen were left for me in my room (which again I could access by swiping my own credit card). Really easy! Linen is NOK650 though so you have to add that to the first night really. Showers are private and HOT! Clean lines and simple decor, relaxing atmosphere. Five minutes walk to the fish market. Would stay again! =)

Good kitchen and very friendly staff. Wifi in most of the hostel. Easy to walk around Bergen from here. Security cards for the rooms, and big lockers.

Located in quite center of Bergen, easily to find. Reception officer is pretty nice and very kind to tell us related information. But I would say the lift seems too old. It was the first time I took this kind of lift. Make me not feeling safe...

Nice hostel with good common areas, large dining room and good kitchen, however drawback was that there was a dishwasher, which meant most people used this instead of washing up by hand. This was fine until it didn't get switched on by staff, which meant no clean plates or cutlery at all.

Great location in Bergen. Hostel was very clean and the kitchen was spotless. Beds were comfortable. I stayed in a 10 bed dorm. The cleanest hostel I have stayed in. Would stay here again as Bergen is very expensive for accommodation. Located 2 minutes from train station and close to shops.

Backpacked 7+ years...1st 'negative'. When booking - indicated arrival @ 9pm. I arrived @ 9.15pm to find hostel reception locked & closed with no info whatsoever. Tried main number - diverted to rec message & no help. Had no internet nor mobile so wandered Bergen @ 10pm for costly hotel. Top tip - if arriving after 9pm, please have a plan B as you're up a fjord without a paddle. Later read a hostel email sent on scheduled day of arrival 3 hours before closing! Make your own informed decisions :(

Very modern hostel, clean, in inner Bergen. Close to public transport. Stayed in a 10 bed dorm with ensuite (but other bathrooms can be used too). It had a separate locker room. Adequate kitchen facilities. Lacks spacious lounge area. Overall a good cheap option.

The hostel is nice and close to the city center (well bergen is such as small town that nothing is that far anyways). The staff are really friendly! The rooms actually have large lockers so you can store your luggage safely while you are walking around. The hostel feels really safe, a lot of families and retired couples rent the private rooms that are also available.

I enjoy my stay in this place. Everything was correct: the room, the beds, the bathrooms, claanliness, etc. The staff wars helpful and very kind. We had some problems about our luggage and they helped us to sort them out. The only bad thing was the kitchen, too small for the number of guests.

very clean and comfortable hostel, and by far the best option for cheap accom in bergen. The rooms and beds are good and its always been well behaved when ive stayed, no gangs of noisey drunk backpackers. But in saying that i did enjoy meeting people and having a chat in the common areas. goog location too.

A fine hostel but not exactly a place to have too much fun. They close the kitchen at 11 pm? What kind of a rule is that? People get hungry at all times of day.
