The staff in this hostel really make the difference. We visited twice in the end and were never disappointed there were even tears shed upon our departure = both times! For the price bracket the facilities are fine, super clean and the breakfast was great on the terrace. Thanks so much to our pachamama for looking after us so well!!

Comfy, large and clean rooms. Bathrooms were a bit pokey and always had soaking wet floors after anyone had a shower. Breakfast was great. The Colca Canyon tour we booked through them was good value. There wasn't always someone to answer the door and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped but okay for simple noodles or something easy.

Staff are never around when they should be. On 2 seperate mornings there was nobody around to cook breakfast which is included in the price. One staff member played loud music and films on his PC. On another morning the staff allowed dozens of teenagers into the common area at 7am which were really noisy. We had to beg to get our room cleaned and on the third time of asking they did clean it. Toilet paper was never replaced. However, 1 girl at the frontdesk was helpful but she was rarely there.
