Enjoyed our 3 night stay, messed up our room booking and had to settle for single beds on first night. Excellent location, very helpful with tour bookings and information on istanbul. Very quiet place with paper thin walls, dont expect to party all night. Good beakfast, friendly family atmosphere. Booked this place for 4 nights, but extended the stay by another 4, because liked it so much. Staff is very warmhearted and helpful. View from the terrace is awesome. Rooms are cleaned every day. I loved Marmara Guesthouse. It was very clean, room was beautiful, everyone was really helpful and kind. Very good breakfast on the terrace and a beautiful wiew from it!! Exellent location. I cannot speak highly enough of the Marmara Guesthouse. The location is excellent being vry close to many of the Cultural sites and easy walking to many others. The Marmara offer airport pick ups which was efficient and worth every penny, saving us time on our 4 day visit. Our room which we paid a bit extra had a view of the sea. They were very helpful in arranging (and changeing) tours and transportation. The roof top terrace for breakfast and harbor views is worth the stairs!
