Five minute walk from leidsplein which is where numbers bars and clubs are located! The bulldog coffee shop is a five minute walk from the hotel as well. The sleeping arrangement is comfortable and the area is incredibly safe.

Nice hotel with a good location, we went there with a group of friends and promixity to Leidseplein's pubs and bars is just awesome, one bar and coffee shop is just accros the street. Only "problem" appeared when I got checked for my papers and found out I don't have them, I thought I lost them and it turned out that hotel staff "sometimes forgets to give back customers' IDs after copying them"....

Quiet location despite being under 2mins from Leidseplein with lots of bars & restaurants. Main attractions were 1 or 2 stops on the tram - a perfect location for exploring the city. Helpful staff. Room was small & basic, could have been cleaner but we weren't there to spend time in the room. No locker for valuables but access to the hostel & individual rooms is by key card so its secure. From the reviews I was a bit scared but it was much better than I expected. Would definitely recommend it.

Can be better if the charges for internet service in the hotel is for free or at the low charges. For current charges is considered as too high. The rest is good. Thank you.

You can find a better hostel for a third of the price. This should be a last resort.

The ensuite bathroom did not have a lock on the door and despite yelling at a guy in our room (not of our party) that our friend was in the bathroom, he opened the door anyway. Fortunately she was dressed, but it was still very inappropriate. The staff was not helpful when we complained of issues with other guests in our room. Definitely not worth the money. You can find a better place in a better area for a better price.

Really great location! Good value for money. May be requires more cleaniliness and floor repair.

There was no lock on the bathroom for a mixed dorm room, the floor was dirty, the public bathrooms on our floor got filled with mattresses and bedding so we had to use the one with no lock.

Nice hostel at a good location, staff is helpful, kitchen area has useful facilities (coffee machines, wifi, etc..) but the ensuite bathroom would've needed a proper cleaning.

going in we were a bit scared, looking at the past reviews. but arriving at the hostel we were pleasantly surprised. the rooms were clean and warm , and those were the two most important things. the hostel was less than 5 minute walk to a little christmas market, and was on a good location, so all of us could go into town and with out a problem find our way back. the rooms then selfs were clean and nice. no complains came from our group of 25 about the rooms. we enjoyed our stay there!

We booked a double room but the room had 4 beds in total so the additional bunk bed, took up a lot of space.

Incredibly rude staff who were aggressive and hostile when faced with a reasonable request. Completely got our booking wrong yet still tried to charge us the same price. When was asked to give their name (to complain to the manager) the member of staff refused and and became physically aggressive.
