excellent support from staff very convenient location pretty fast wi-fi internet connection but still need improvements in providing more facilities such as laundry, computers, washing detergent, etc

Stayed here for he first time in for months. Amazing place and a second home for me in the southern part SEA. Being close to central market and one train stop away from KL sentral, having everything u need close by and amazing staff, always friendly, always helpful. Great place to hat out.

My prefered hostel in KL ! Met great people thanks to the two socializing areas (outside and inside). Nice breakfast. Felt absolutely safe in there. Little AC trouble which was quickly fixed. And i love the huge shower room, very comfortable.

It's cheap, conveniently located close to Puduraya Bus Station, and it's very comfortable and friendly.

Good location. Breakfast is only bread with jam. Building looks nice and new. Bathroom not very clean but OK. Good wifi. The floor is quite shaky when someone walks through the hostel, even the bed shaked. 4-bed dorms look nice with AC.

worst staff ever. no laundry and when we ask (if you can find them) about, they make fun of you (go to chinatown). cleanliness depends of the hourd. ok in afternoon, disgusting in the morning. no wonder, there is no staff...

This hostel is completely amazing, everything is new and clean. The location is excellent, just in central market and very near to chinatown market. The staff is so niceand they clean the room every day. There are 2 common rooms, one in recepcion and the other is a exterior terrace. the bathroom is big, new and clean Beds are so comfortable.

lovely view from the balcony, nice staff

Great budget stay in KL. Atmosphere isn't the greatest around, but for a group or even just a few days as a solo traveller it does the trick quite well.

staff where really unhelpful and didn't really no much about anything. only one sink worked and the breakfast was poor at best.

Very good

hard to find. just go to central market. and then your right way there is some street. and the middle there is some store name include 99, you can see the hostel upstair. cock roach is also one of your friend guest. balcony is good. except for cleaness, everything is pretty good.

Pros : Best location Easy to find food Kind-staff Cold-water dispenser Cons : Bfast is only toast with butter/mixed-fruit jam and tea/coffee No elevator

Got a super weird reaction from the staff member who checked me in. Didn't bother to give me a key and was quite rude about it later when I asked for one. Beds are clean and comfy, and has a nice balcony. Great location near chinatown, but quiet too. A bit of a nothing atmosphere, and doesn't seem to be many people meeting and mingling.

Very good value for money, helpful staff, excellent location and very clean.

great location right across from central market, walking distance to metro station and Petaling street. i had booked for a few nights but extended my stay, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great stay with big clean rooms and relaxed atmosphere, would stay again if in KL.

The receptionist was very friendly and give very good advices of where to go.

Unfortunately had to lower my review, although this place is not bad. The staff was great (the girls) til my last day, when I saw how stupid a guy in reception was. A Chinese girl arrived with her booking printed and he said he didn't have a place anymore. Not only that, he was rude and aggressive, wouldn't even try to help her and said it wasn't his fault (of course it was!). Other guests tried to help the girl and deal with this receptionist, but this was quite stressful and noisy - 11pm.
