Good location. Breakfast is only bread with jam. Building looks nice and new. Bathroom not very clean but OK. Good wifi. The floor is quite shaky when someone walks through the hostel, even the bed shaked. 4-bed dorms look nice with AC.

worst staff ever. no laundry and when we ask (if you can find them) about, they make fun of you (go to chinatown). cleanliness depends of the hourd. ok in afternoon, disgusting in the morning. no wonder, there is no staff...

Got a super weird reaction from the staff member who checked me in. Didn't bother to give me a key and was quite rude about it later when I asked for one. Beds are clean and comfy, and has a nice balcony. Great location near chinatown, but quiet too. A bit of a nothing atmosphere, and doesn't seem to be many people meeting and mingling.

Unfortunately had to lower my review, although this place is not bad. The staff was great (the girls) til my last day, when I saw how stupid a guy in reception was. A Chinese girl arrived with her booking printed and he said he didn't have a place anymore. Not only that, he was rude and aggressive, wouldn't even try to help her and said it wasn't his fault (of course it was!). Other guests tried to help the girl and deal with this receptionist, but this was quite stressful and noisy - 11pm.

Overall a very clean and comfortable hostel. The bed curtains supplied sufficient privacy, and the balcony provided a great hangout.

Great hostel. Can't say enough good things about the staff. The location is nice: next to Central Market and the free bus for trips around the city. The hostel was calm, clean, and comfortable. A great place.

Good location, good price. Place was clean, but common area is very small for size of hostel. Hot water for showers didn't really work, and internet was not consistent either.

The room is comfortable with curtain self. The bathroom are clean. Best Location, the Central market is just across the street, near LRT pasar seni. But I saw small cockroaches in my room not just one....

The #1 asset of this hostel is the location. Right across Markey Sentral and next to Chinatown, you have plenty of choices for any kind of restaurants, quick snack, ice cream, shopping and also very quick access to attractions and public transportation. I went to eat in Bintang district (20-min walk) and I preferred the Guest Houzz area much more. The staff is nice and the place is very clean the bathrooms are big but I give "Average" to facilities because the the communal areas are very small.

I have stayed there several times while passing through KL, it's always clean, cool & comfy. Location is perfect for public transport, right next to Sentral Market. Bunks hv private light & private curtains. Sam is doing a fabulous job keeping everything running smoothly while there is an obvious lack of staff. Good place with good value.
