Easily the best hostel I have ever stayed in the UK or Europe. Filipa and Pedro are amazing and make you feel like you are home away from home here. It's so close to the beach, the surf and the town is the perfect distance that you can relax the whole time. Thanks for everything! I'll definitely be back!

If you came to surf to Peniche it's perfect, you can see Supertubos from the window. Very nice staff. Pedro and Filipa are great, Filipa even went out with us to Baleal and we had a very nice time. It's an apartment turned into a hostel, very clean and comfy. Good kitchen very well equipped. 2 guitars to play which is cool. Also, the hostel is in the highest floor of the tallest building in Peniche, so it's really easy to see if from far away and you'll never get lost. Recommend.

Martin's was a cool place to stay, best thing is you can check the surf at supertubos and baleal from the roof or loungeroom. Pedro and Filipa are really friendly/helpful. Kitchen well equipped and loungeroom comfy with pay tv. Wifi works well. Downside no lockers, fair walk to anywhere to shop/go out, extras all cost eg laundry, wetsuits 20 euro a day, bus to baleal 8 euro, all add up, also one shower is tiny and the other didn't work. Overall would stay again especially if on a surf trip.

Pedro and his son Martin are the best!

Amazing place...its more like living with Pedro and Filipa (and Martin!) then staying at a hostel!!you can check the surf conditions from the lounge which is so great

thank you

Did not have a locker in my room.

Amazing place, extremely friendly staff and travellers. A definite stay if in Peniche

Pedro, the owner and proprietor, is a cool guy and will go out of his way to help you, especially if the help you require is either surfing or partying. These are two things he excels at. Had an awesome time.

Great hostel, great hosts, great time! Thanks for the awesome week of surfing, eating and partying. Philippa and Pedro are spectacular hosts and you feel at home at their hostel.

Loved the stay at this lodge, was not to crowded but i had lots of fun there for a nice price. The place was always cleaned and the staff(Pedro and Felipa) were very friendly, you can delight yourself with an amazing view while you have your breakfast. Had my first surf experience with them and it was really nice. Stayed longer than i imagined!
