Convenient hotel, pleasant staff-happy with our stay.

I stayed at Mary's hotel for a few nights including NYE it is a ok budget hotel. Nothing fancy but that's all you need when you spend most days out and about anyway. It's just by the Obemkarpf train station. When leaving the train station turn to your left and you will see the hotel right there. The evening guy at the reception was very nice and friendly. Overall was a good place to stay for a few nights.

It was a nice place to stay because of its location (near with the metro train station (oberkampf). It's easy for you to travel around Paris. And for muslim's you can find a nice halal food not far from the hotel. All you need is just ask the staff and they will show you the direction.

It's very close to the metro station and easy access from the airport and you can reach the touristic attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. The room and bathroom are clean. The staff cleaned it every day. It's value the money! I can advice! :-)

Free wifi (the password has to be renewed every 24 hours), very good staff (they gave us suggestions of very good restaurants nearby), and clean room (however, it was a little small). The hotel is very close to a subway station, and there are facilities just one block away (such as: Carrefour Express, laundry, Pizza Hut, bars and restaurants).

There were little bugs running around on the furniture so we complained at the reception. The receptionist came up to the room and at first tried to say there weren't any bugs. After pointing them out again and making sure he saw them, he just said 'oh they won't do any harm.' I believe they didn't have any other rooms left, but there wasn't any offer of discount either. If these bugs were in my bedroom at home I would get rid of them immediately. Otherwise ok.

Great location and staff, but the cleaness is poor. There was someone else´s hair in my bed and the toilet wasn´t cleaned very well (I´ve put some "marks" to check it)

1.We lost our yogurt at the check-in counter. The receptionist first said,"No." Later, he returned our yogurt from under the counter. 2.Except one receptionist on 8/12 and 8/13, the others were all very cold and unfriendly. 3.The Wifi system there is unusable most of the time 4.No drainage at the ground of the toilet. After shower, the toilet will be like flooding. 5.We canceled one-day reservation. We paid deposit for 5 days. But they said they just received deposit for 4 days.

Cheap hotel, and the quality of service matches the price. Rooms were not ready until 2 hours after check in time. If you need to store your luggage they just put it in the lobby, open to the public. In any case, it's across the street from a metro stop and very easy access the center of Paris. A really good deal for a hotel this close to Paris city center, but I would not recommend staying here more than 2 days.
