we stayed in this hostel for 3 nights... and well, there are some things we didn`t like.. for exemples, the rooms cannot be locked because there`s no keys, the showers and the bathrooms are not very clean and the hostel is not very simple to be find.. expecially with many luggages...! we`ve been obliged to call a taxy to get there, because of the way is not good...at all!!
but here you can find a lot of friendly people to know..! the staff is ok!

Free internet is good, but the computers are slow. Breakfast was disappointing - not worth the cost.

Curfew at midnight - not just you have to be in by then, but they close all the communal areas/PC's - kind of ruins things. You have to be out between 10am and 4pm as well - not a hostel I'd stay at again, for those reasons. 10 minutes up a hill from Dogo Onsen, quite a way outside of the actual town. Can't really understand why it gets such good reviews in guidebooks...

Pros: Location near spa
Good view of the city at night
Interesting building
Cons: Eight minutes up a hill, with no restaurants around
Curfew and Lockout (from 10am-2pm)
Huge bugs
Creepy old men
Hard beds
Crap directions
I wouldn't stay here. There's another hostel that's actually in the city that I've heard better things about. This one just didn't cut it for me.
