Bad security - luggage left in common room, unattended. Location is far from the station. Reception unattended from 11 to 4pm. Rooms old and not clean. A really shabby accommodation.

Check in woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Staff did not change the linen on beds when old guests departed and new ones arrived.

The shower was cold, no kitchen, not light enough in the rooms, no curtain for the windows, and there is no lock on the doors. We had a drunk guy went into the room at midnight when everyone was sleeping in the bed.

The man in reception on Dec 2 night was very impatient. I felt very bad. The hill is very beautiful, and it is deserved to see.

A very good and agreable stay thanks to a simple but honest smitle from the reception. We hope to come back soon to Zermatt.!

The hostel was ok but there is no security at all!!! The staff are quite unhelpful but the location is awesome if your keen for skiing it's not far from the mountain. The beds are the worst i have ever slept on the mattress is paper thin!!!

Best value in town!

The hostel was an average hostel. Rooms appeared clean. The guy at reception was fairly rude - big turn off. Prices were fair for Switzerland. Check-in doesn't start until 4pm and ends at 9pm - this was a pain as I had to spend money at the train station to store luggage and I had to turn in early to make sure I could have a bed to sleep. not the best hostel but it is a bed.

The room has no lock. Hot water is only available in the shower.

Not worth the price... Way too expensive for the room you get and no breakfast. I personally didn't feel like the rooms or beds were very clean. The hostel itself and individual rooms did not have locks and there's only one outlet per room. Was overall disappointed.
