Matterhorn South Lodge is located near the centre of Wanaka township and is just a short walk from the lake.
We offer you the option of either lodge or backpacker accommodation - you choose!
All lodge rooms sleep up to four people, have ensuite bathrooms, fridge and television. The top floor overlooks the lake and mountains, plus there's a fully equipped kitchen.
The backpackers' rooms are clean and cosy with easy access to all facilities and the sunny decks.
This is a small and friendly hostel with log fires - come and take a look...
We've got free hot water bottles...popcorn...spices for cooking...tea and coffee...and more!
