This Hotel tics all the boxes but only just. It lacks personality and doesn't have that special spark. They have a good restaurant with some atmosphere on the balcony. We spent a night there just to see the Taj Mahal and felt satisfied to not spend a second night.

Great location, easy access to the Taj Mahal. Clean, comfortable rooms with good AC (needed). Restaurant is really good.

the hotel is nice and taj mahal lovely, but Agra is just horrible. I would recommand to stay not longer than one night.

There was no power at night so that we slept without AC. It was very hot. The food is good; the dorm is ok.

A great Hotel, in an ideal location. Everything the traveller needs, good food, helpful staff, comfortable bed and clean amenities

within walking distance to the Taj Mahal

Brilliant location for the Taj Mahal. We were upgraded to a nicer room for no extra cost. The food was really nice and the man who served us at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the corridors and the staircases however was a bit grubby and not as well cared for as the rooms or restaurant.

The room was very clean and comfy, but the staff wasn't very professional (they wanted us to pay double price for the room or tried to persuade us to use expensive car which belonged to their friends). Excellent location, 5 min walking from Taj.

Nice and clean Hotel close to the Taj Mahal with a restaurant, the rooftop was unfortunately closed so we couldn't see the Taj from the roof, the room was very nice with a big an clean bathroom, AC and TV. I recommend this place. We had a nice stay there and would come back anytime.

Very basic hotel.... Quite disappointed with staff at restaurant, expected a tip for self service breakfast and made a point that we hadn´t given anything .... Quite embarrasing for them and its a shame people think they should get a tip for doing absolutely nothing

All in all a good hotel. Very close to Taj Mahal (2 min walking) and Agra Fort (15 min walking, or short trip with jigsaw) the restuarant on the roof top was quite expensive and some noise from the trafic.

Comfortable stay in such a city like Agra. We enjoyed eating at the Restaurant, esp at the roof top terrace, very authentic, but the price of foods was not cheap. It is stated that wifi was available in the rooms, but in fact we had to go to the new Maya Hotel on the other side of the road to get it. The new hotel could be a good idea, it's less atmospheric though.

A great little hotel, just outside the noisy bits of Agra but not too far from the main attractions to be inconvenient. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, a nice rooftop area for breakfast and to regroup between outings. Efficient and friendly staff, great value for money accommodation.

i stayed for four nights in hotel maya and i was completely satisfied. i can recommend to check in...clean rooms, friendly staff, very good restaurant! with regards...HEIKO
