Mayor Apartment, a typical Amsterdam apartment that measures 50 squared meters on the ground floor makes it possible for the elderly to stay in.
Polished wooden flooring welcome you into the living room. You may want to invite your guests to sit on the double sofa bed to watch TV.

In the same area you have the open style and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. and dining table with seating for all.

Providing two guests is the bedroom with a double bed, a drawer chest with a mirror and bedside tables with lamps! Bed linens, sheets and blankets will be supplied.

Your fully equipped bathroom comes with a shower, mirror, sink and toilet.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check in 30 Euros.
