The people at the reception desk are great! Always ready for a small chit-chat and some advice! Liked the idea of English breakfast being included into the price. Breakfast is served fast and of good taste. Location is between West End (nice park not far away for a stroll) and city center, always taskes 10 min to get to both. Bus and train station ca 15 min on foot. Would definately stay there again when in Glasgow.

very conveniently located in a quiet side road near bustling sauchiehall street and 15 min walk from central glasgow. very nice staff. unexpected fair price even for a single room in the midst of glasgow (with tv and breakfast). new carpets would be nice but I wouldn´t argue for that price. I would stay there again!

it really is like a hotel more than anything; as people have mentioned, there really isn't a "hostel vibe" if that is what you seek. i was really happy with my room (twin); the tv was a major luxury after student life! breakfast is included, which is nice. only minor complaints were desk staff seemed a little cold (except one guy who was awesome) and the showers were plugged with hair. if you want to get out of your room, the lounge is really nice (and has a bigger tv :)

We found the staff very helpful with information about Glasgow and with anything in the hostel. It is great value for money, in a fantastic location. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast. Although it is not your usual 'hostel' but more like a budget style hotel, we would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for shopping, and plenty of nightlife on Suchiehall Street just around the corner. Rooms were clean and spacious, although our room was located at the top of the building which meant having to climb 3 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again, good value for money!

Very comfortable and clean guest house with good wifi, beds, showers, and breakfast! Very worthwhile for the money! Not a bad walk from either train station, and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and groceries nearby. All staff friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

This is hardly a guest house, more a complicated maze of corridors in a low budget hotel setting. The breakfast is free, but very poor quality. Staff were unfriendly and even a bit snotty or completely absent (as they were when we tried to checkout). But the showers have hot water and decent pressure and the room (while dated decore) are large enough. The hotel is a far walk from both the west and and the center of the city, so prepare for taxi fares or long walks. No social atmosphere.

It was esy to find this Gest House. The only difficult that we had it was when we had to dropp in and off our suitcases. It was so many steps and doors. But for the rest(staff, breakfast and rooms) we were enjoy to stay in these Gest House

15 min walk to Queen St station and ideal if you just want a bed for the night and somewhere to dump your bag. English breakfast is ok. Shared bathrooms

I liked the location, close to town centre, yet peaceful, and quiet. It was nice to have TV in room. Only minus was that it felt a bit chilly in early morning hours,as my room was on the grounfloor.
