Nice big lockers. Communal area could be better. Music is played too loud in the bar, you can sometimes hear it on the next floor.

Staff amazing and friendly. Room tidy and attractive. Just off the river front promenade and ten minute walk to nearby night market. Five minute walk to nearby Wat Phnom. Yummy street food in the area. Quiet in rooms. Good food and prices at hostel. Good wifi.

Our bathroom had a leaky water heater and when I told the staff the bathroom was filled with water they barely raised a cue of concern. I had trouble getting an extra towel to clean up this wet mess. The staff had trouble recommending places, and we did not use the bus services through the hostel because of how poorly the hostel was running.

Amazing roommates!!!! Staffs are really nice.

Hostel arranged free transport from the bus to the hostel. Staff are very eager to help with any problems. Most of the staff are uni students and want to practice their English so if you don't like sitting to chat with them, it's probably not for you but they are lovely and good fun. Dorms are simple but with good, big, secure storage for luggage/valuables. The food is a little pricey and portions aren't huge. For $2 a night, it was a great stay.

The hostel was great, the beds were the best iv stayed in in my 6 months ov travelling! Spacious and even the top bunk had plenty ov room to sit up! And the onsuite bathroom was spacious! I would defo recommend this place but dont give them your laundry take it down the road as they ripped me off with that!

Room is nice and clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the stay, would definitely choose it again if I had to come back.

Staff and place fantasic!

When we checked in we were shown to our room which still had the previous tenant's clothes on the floor and bed. He clearly hadn't checked out yet. We were told to wait five minutes while they 'cleaned'. It wasn't clean and dirty towel was left from the previous person. No apology either. Towels weren't changed while we were there. Staff a bit weird - always asking what you're doing tomorrow so they can sell you something. Location is crap - don't stay here. We couldn't wait to leave.

Great hostel that surely gives you value for money. The room was nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful in providing all services needed. The only thing up for improvement was the sunscreen in our room. Hanging a curtain would be a better choice for a room on the third floor, the room bathes is light at 6 am.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is nice but a little far from other things in the city. Excellent value for money. The hostel could use a common room there's nowhere really inviting to sit and meet other people.

Pretty good location near the Wat Phnom temple and riverside. Security a bit lax, we woke up to a random girl showering in our bathroom! Not bad for the money you pay though :)

I really loved this hostel. It was in a nice location, had great food and was reasonably priced. My favourite place to stay in Phnom Penh

Wonderful service. Picked us up from a very late bus on their new year. Check out the pool at hostel 88 for free! Very good value

This was a very nice hostel with an excellent value. The staff are friendly; however, they try to rip you off with their prices for tuk tuk day trips. Just walk down the street a bit and find a better value :). I would definitely stay there again.

It was really nice, the only thing missing is a little locker in the room, but the atmosphere was nice and never got the feeling that anythging could be missing.

Staff were great - always willing to help and talk. A very comfortable waiting /common room / bar - meals area where I had several excellent, well priced meals. Good access to the river and market and either a solid walk to centre of town or cheap Tuk Tuk ride. Most/all tours were readily organised by them and were great rates. Thank you for a great, friendly stay with no hassles.

I stayed in a private room, the room was ok, nicely decorated but with no natural light. The bathroom however was grim. Much of the place needs a bit of redecoration. The space in the bar was not heavily used and thus had little atmosphere. I stayed here to try somewhere else other than Hostel88 and honestly I wish I hadn't. It's not that it's a bad hostel, the location is great, there are simply much better ones available.

Fantastic stay and really helpful honest staff. Safe walking distance all around.

Room had no window. Needs to be made clearer when booking that this is the case.
