ok hostel. was out of the center on town and there are better value hostels in town. free pick up was arranged prior but was a no show - though they did give us a discount on the room rate because of it.

We got scammed when we arrived at the hostel. The receptionist (it was him, we booked bustickets later at the reception and ate in the restaurant) took us over from the TukTuk-Driver and escorted us to another hotel and told us that this was a second building of the hostel. Infact it was a complete different hotel. He didn't even told us why we went there and just handed us over to the receptionist there... Furthermore the preebooked TukTuk Driver didn`t show up at the airport...

The only place I've stayed at two seperate occasions during my travels in SE Asia. Love the place. The dorms are great. But the airconditioning in the double-room I had during my second stay sounded like an industrial woodchipper, so it was a warm night with it turned off. The guy at reception is a absolute legend, there's a couple of them that work there but this one dude needs a payrise, big ups bro. I'll catch you next time.

okay hostel bit pricey. The beds were great, showers were pretty good. Air con worked, but barely. Staff were friendly and I've marked this as average because they were as friendly as other places but nothing above and beyond, got a sense they were trying to sell tours to me a little. Free pick up did not happen, was emailed to say this while I was on the bus after several confirmation emails saying i would be picked up.Was in room after two people checked out, staff did not change sheets

The lobby was a pretty cool area, but the rest of the place lacks that coolness. I stayed in the 6 bed dorm with my friends. Beds were super comfortable, big, and clean. Lockers were great (they were just cages so they were breathable) and some of them had outlets inside, which was helpful. The bathroom wasn't great. The staff were really friendly, and food was pretty good! As a bonus, we got to use the pool at 88 around the corner. Location wasn't ideal, but it's close to the night market.

This guesthouse is pretty clean and has a good location, within walking distance to the main "tourist" area of Phnom Penh, but a little far to walk to the Royal Palace, National Museum, etc. The staff are friendly and good with booking bus tickets (did not take commission) and when I wanted to extend my stay additional nights, although Me Mates was fully booked, one of the employees took me to another guesthouse run by the same owner. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved the place, had everything you need for a decent nights kip and a quality feed. The staff are friendly and the dorms are the roomiest I've stayed in. Can book all the usual tours and its a close enough walk to all the restaurants. Big ups guys.

Free pick up was much appreciated. Good menu and food - some home favourites like Heinz beans and sugar and cinnamon on toast. Good AC, powerful and hot showers, clean and nicely finished rooms. Located a little bit away from the cafes and restaurants, but only about 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the cafe. Could only get WiFi downstairs and not in our room. Would possibly stay here again is we were treating outselves, as it was a little out of our budget.

Speaking as someone who has very little experience staying in hostels: the furnishing was sparse, but clean. I stayed for more than a week though and would have liked to have my sheets changed more often since I intentionally was trying to adjust to the climate by not using the aircon. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful but I ran into the typical language barriers. I love that the place employed so many knowledgeable and helpful Cambodians.

Fantastic hostel with very friendly staff. The 4 bed room was very big and had large bunk beds. There was a problem with the air con but the staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room to get it fixed that day. Close walk to the river and near places to eat and drink. Would stay here again.

We stayed in January 2012 for two nights. My Mate's Place were very helpful in getting us around to see the things we wanted to see in PP and the room was spotless. We also enjoyed the pool table downstairs! It is a few blocks from the main tourist streets but within easy walking distance and in a good location. We'd stay here again.

Instead to insert the 'morphing pitcure' thei have in your site to promote its grey room, insert the room without a window picture that they gave us, maybe less cosy but more real.

Hostel close to harbour and amenities. Did have wifi but didn't work in room which was annoying, and luggage room was essential a shelf behind a curtain! Staff were reluctant to return £ for deposit and tried to overcharge for the bus we booked which was frustrating. Other staff were lovely but this spoilt it a little as felt couldn't trust anyone
