This is a great place to stay. Hard to find. Be sure to let the lady know you are coming early so you dont have to wait outside in the cold.

Nice stay. It is a flat with 8 beds, one bathroom and a kitchen. Nice character. Very friendly staff (englishspeaking!) The tub water in Ekaterinburg can have a very strong smell in general.

Really nice, friendly and helpful owner with fluent English. I enjoyed my being there. I can recommend to stay there. There are only some uncomfortable beds which should be replaced.

A very nice hostel. Katia who runs it is helpful and will give you any information you need about the city or day trips. It's a very small hostel, in an apartment, but this actually works quite well. It would benefit from another bathroom or toilet, but other than that it is an excellent place to stay.

The owner (Katya) is very helpful and very communicative. The hostel is actually a nice fully furnished apartment. which is located near the center. We stayed one night (me & friend) and we really liked it.

The hostel felt like a 5 star hotel following one night spent in Europe-Asia. Ekaterina completely changed our Russian experience and after staying at her place for one night we only had good experiences with everyone that we met during the following 2 weeks. The apt is nicely located and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is actually the apt in which the owner grew up and therefore puts a lot of love so that the people feel good. If in Yekaterinburg, stay here!!!!

Katia is more than helpful at the hostel and is fun with a sense of humor. She will go out of her way to help you so you can depend on her. The hostel seems a bit crowded when you first arrive but the welcome overcomes any doubts you may have. We had great sleeps and the other guests were very considerate. We would highly recommend "Meeting Point" to other travelers. John and Doreen Berg CANADA

The place seems to be run by a woman that just leaves you too it after giving you a good induction to the place and city. Ostensibly helpful and arranges transport. The place had dirt on the carpets that looked like it had been there awhile. I was also miffed that i'd explained when I'd be back and would need a taxi after midnight. And was left with little option than walking 45mins to the train station after midnight, or paying €11 for a taxi, rather than €3 with a booked taxi. Great shower!

Not really a hostel but an apartment. The owner Katia was very friendly and cheerful, I dare you not to fall in love with her! Other guests said the place was hard to find (there's no hostel-sign or anything), but at least I found it easily by walking from the station (40 min).

The location is OK, but what makes this a wonderful hostel is the owner Katia. She was very helpful and knew a lot about her city.

Katia (who runs the hostel) gave excellent, local information with a map when we arrived. Her communication before we arrived was good ensuring she was at the property when we arrived very early in the morning. The hostel is a cosy flat which induces chatting between fellow travellers resulting in some good tips :-) if you are staying in Yekaterinburg, look no further.

well this is basically a 1-1 flat that is turned into a 9 people hostel. The owner tried to keep it clean but it is hard when there are 9 people crowded into a tiny space with all of their belongings through all their travels. What irritated me the most was the unavailability of the host. Its good that they try to help you to get here since it's super hard to find it on your own, but after that you are on your own. I was lost and they would not pick up the phone when I needed help.
