Rooms were small but clean. It took 20mins to check in but we got refreshments when waiting. We ordered nonsmoking rooms but they gave us smoking rooms. The smell was terrible but that was only bad thing. We thought there is not breakfast included but there was! Nice :) hotel is quite close to nagoya eki.
