Such an amazing place to stay, loved the friendly and homely atmosphere. Loved the cabins and great to be amongst the nature and wildlife. Everything you could ask for and at such a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but so close to beaches and a bus stop to explore the area. Facilities always kept clean. Great little escape from city life. Will definately be back!

Not recommended. Too expensive for the service.

Relaxing laidback place, reception was very welcoming / friendly / helpful, decent location right near bus stop between Newcastle & Nelson Bay & beaches, showers & toilets were good. The dorm room was cold, but there's plenty of blankets around to use. I got lucky with a rare double bed for no extra cost! Fridge in the room was handy, kitchen was spacious. TV has a USB slot if you want to bring your own movies, as there's limited DVDs & no local TV. Loads of activities, I'll be back in summer!
