Take a look at the photos if cleanliness is a concern to you. This place is not modern or very clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us since we needed to be at sunshine beach area. They have a nice new plasma tv.

Friendly owners, close to the beach. Supermarket in Noosa Junction half an hour walk or five minutes by bus or car.

We really enjoyed our stay here, was lovely having a whole apartment basically to ourselves!Really quiet location, the pick up and drop off was handy&we were made very welcomed by the brothers and their mum!Literally a stones throw to beautiful beach with big waves, short bus to Noosa Heads&shops. Was clean, all facilities good, felt very safe here@so peaceful with the sound of waves at night. Not suited to those who want to party-suited us perfectly as made a change to noisy, dirty hostels!! Thank you!

Double rooms come as units shared with one other bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. It's situated right at the Sunrise beach which is very nice!

The rooms are very dirty. The apartment was left open. Wifi did not work. Ay for laundy yet no one was around to pay or make enquires with. No reception area so payment was taken in the hallway which was awkard. We where not made aware of anyone else in the apartment. Doors do not shut properly so constant noises. No air con and fan was disgusting.

These really are like apartments! We had a very spacious, clean room when we stayed here and only had to share the building with two other people. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean. If you are looking for a party hostel this is not it, but it was very comfortable, relaxing, and we had an excellent time here.

The manager we met was friendly and told us everything we needed to know. We were only there for one night but the apartment was a good size, split across two floors. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean. The bedroom was fine but minimal - not a bad thing and what you would expect when you have a lounge and kitchen downstairs. The location is as described - a short distance from the main areas of shops and restaurants but you are located over the road from the beach.

Very helpful staff, they told us all about the area when we arrived which was great. The free courtesy service made our stay. Very close to the beach which was lovely.

The perfect budget place to stay for a few days, unfortunately for a 1 night stay like mine...it was a little far from the town, you obviously know this when booking though! The owners were extremely helpful, suggesting a coastal walk for us and giving us a map too! All in all, a great little place that does what it says on the tin! Perfect for longer stays!

It was a very cheap accommodation. For me it was too less clean. And in the sleeping room it was too hot, only 1 ventilator was not enough

It is an appartment and you have a small room, but it is private, so after so many days sleeping with other people, it is really apreciated. Beach is five minutes walking and the city centre is 10 minutes by bus. Good kitchen and very quiet place. it was a paradise lying down in the beach on sunrise. NIce staff, but in the directions it should say the bus number which takes you there and the bus stop name.

It was great! Bout a 15 min can ride to town. Super close walk to the beach. The apartments were nicely cleaned and had no problems. The hostel dude even gave us a ride into town and was real nice when givin us advice of stuff to do. Super relaxed and quiet place.

the rooms are very small but there is enough space in the common area which is shared with 4 other guests (all together 3 rooms). all facilities like the bathroom, kitchen or laundry are a bit old but functional. the buisness is run by two brothers and the atmosphere very familiar. the appartments are very close to the beach but 30 min (walking, maybe 10 min by bus) away from noosa junction. not extremley clean but ok...

I had a great stay at Melaluka, which was only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The house was really clean and had everything u need. It was lovely there and I felt really comfortable. Great value for less money! Good option for budget travellers, who want to enjoy a few days of privacy, quiet and no crowds like in the hostels... The owner was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Melaluka!

There was no light in the toilet. Office room looked like neglected storage room.

Very nice set up of the little apartments. The "no office" system was a bit confusing when it came to checking in and out as some of the places the sign told you to go weren't actually on the map. Short walk to a beautiful beach, however to actually swim you had to walk about half an hour to where the surf lifesaving club was as the waves are quite large (good for surfing though!)
