Good location - really close to Southern Cross station and the Skybus terminal. Staff were friendly, room and bathrooms were always clean. The only downside was they said check in was at 12, i arrived at 12:30 and had to wait another half hour for the room to be ready.

I am straight and don't drink so the social scene is of no interest to me. I'm also 63 y.o. and had no sleep because of traffic noise. But that's the city. At home the frogs are the loudest noise at night. But I was close to South Bank, etc. and did take heaps of photos of places and people on two superb days of perfect spring weather. There's good food around, too. The rooms and beds are fine.

Amazing place with a kitchen and tv room in each floor. Will definitely stay here when I'm back in the city
